I was diagnosed with ADHD and depression and im not taking any meds for them, they usually worsen my brain fog
the most useful thing ive found is fasting and omega 3 but I have no fricking clue why or what else can I do about it
What meds? Since the depression is co-morbid with ADHD it's likely due to your state / life and not some SSRI-able stuff. For ADHD meds you have to try the big ones. Concerta made me weird but Dexedrine works as it's supposed to. I read somewhere that for people with depression, medication has something like a 30% 'success' rate for treatment. For people with ADHD, that number is something like 95%. I take mine 3 times a week to avoid any potential neurotoxicity and to keep my tolerance low. I think if you were to try them you should research that part of things too.
The only other thing that helped me was diet and exercise. High protein, low carb and I even out a bit. I supplement too but it's hard to tell what's placebo.

It's mainly because we're all doing vastly unnatural things nowadays and our primal nature hasn't vanished. I feel the most happy when I do offensive, brutal, hurtful and fast shit. I feel alive when life tries to shove me off the fricking cliff. It's literally the caveman inside of us telling us to go kill, pillage, rape, etc.
Of course it's not all good but at heart most men will feel this way at some point in their adolescence and early adulthood. Until 100 years ago most of the planet was a primal hellscape. War was an almost constant state of any nation on the planet. We've sacrficed primal fulfillment for security and comfort. That's not inherently bad but we've gone off the cliff with it.
