I mean, we wouldn't be here if our mommies/daddies didn't make a child together. Friends, family, coworkers, peers, roommates, all created by a mom and dad. The components entailed in every single thing that we do in life ultimately originates from someone's birth - from the fast food we order, the coffee barista we hit on, the cart boy bringing back the cart with the broken wheel in the middle of the parking lot - all interactions and actions we take resulted due to countless people being born and living a life until fate makes our paths cross. Everything comes down to birth and generation of future births. All other aspirations fall under this umbrella.

That's what I do.
I'm sorry I still don't see the purpose of trying to look younger than you are. I don't try to look older but as long as people guess my age correctly I am more than happy. What's the point?
The point of looking younger isn't typically for looking younger, it's more for not aging as rapidly as your unhealthier classmates, friends, coworkers, etc. Eating healthy, exercising healthily, and just being of good health - were all once a natural part of people's days. Treating your body right and taking care of yourself naturally produces these results. Most people have fallen in the pitfall of not taking care of themselves, whether it's related to diet, exercise, etc, and it will age their bodies considerably faster compared to those living a healthier lifestyle. Sure, it doesn't really matter too much now, but when you age faster there's gonna be a point in life that hits sooner when you can get out of bed, walk down a flight of stairs, even wipe your own ass.
Taking the steps now to improve your life here in the moment will also improve your life down the road.
The healthiest old people look like picrelated. There is a differance between counteracting the ill effects of old age and what most people seem to mean when they talk about trying to look younger. It's about putting weird creams on your face to remove wrinkles, not working 3 times a week with weights. I cannot for the life of me understand why a man would want to look baby-faced in the first place. I thought only women cared about that. As for health, you're going to be better of with wrinkly and weathered from a life of being under the sun and harsh climate, than autistically sitting inside to preserve your perfect pale skin.
>you're going to be better of with wrinkly and weathered from a life of being under the sun and harsh climate, than autistically sitting inside to preserve your perfect pale skin.
What absolute cope. How about neither of those things? There are *many* documented health benefits to going outside and getting sunlight, let alone the benefits acquired if you couple that with exercise, doing meaningful activities in your area, etc. Get enough sun and enjoyment being out and about in your community, but not long enough to burn yourself, ruin your skin, and get skin cancer before you're 60. I would argue that it's better to live a life fulfilled, even with the risk of ruining your skin due to (checks notepad) ...being under the sun and.. harsh.. climate? compared to sitting inside, dick in-hand, wishing to go out.
People, don't listen to this naysayer. Go outside. Be productive. Enjoy your life. Improve yourself. Build connections and friendships. Life isn't to be had by sitting in front of the computer the entire day. Get outside, even if it's just for 15 minutes. Take that quick breather - it's one of the most time-efficient feel-good things you can do for yourself.
I agree with literally everything you say, how did you get from my post that I diagreed with any of that, otteranon? Maybe the post was poorly formated, but my point was exactly what you said: get outside, revel in sunlight, revel also in wind and cold and whipping rain. All of those things will toughen you and make you stronger and healthier, and your skin will show signs of its use, as is becoming for a man. There are really so-called men who shun exposure to the sun because it will harm their delicate complexions like Victorian ladies. True fitness has nothing to do with "anti-aging" which is vain and womanly, and is about trying to falsly make yourself appear younger than you really are by means of mosturizers and anti-wrinkle creams, but is about your body maturing into old age properly, maintaining your strenght, your stamina and muscle, your overall weal.
Bahaha shit man, I apologize for that one. Definitely retard here. I earned the Loss on this whole bread. Dealing with a shit-ton of wife aggro this weekend and damn I completely shit the bed with reading comprehension today.
Yeah - people want the easy way out of properly taking care of their bodies by attempting to mask and bandaid their bodies using these creams and various substances. It's a similar principle to people drinking diet pop solely to justify eating shit foods (meaning: they see diet pop as the only "healthy" step they need to take, regardless of how the rest of their diet and lifestyle looks).
E'erybody wants to have healthy-ass bodies, but don't nobody want to live no healthy-ass lives.
>I cannot for the life of me understand why a man would want to look baby-faced in the first place.
look at the most attractive men and they all have good skin, baby face is related to bad facial structure not how clean your skin is. it's also a internal confidence booster.
Here is how you age well >Don't smoke >Don't drink alcohol >Lift weights and run >Good diet >Stay hydrated >Be lean but not too lean >Moisturize >Stay out of the sun as much as possible
And the most important one by far: >Have good genes
>Have good genes
This, most of the people I went to high school with look 10-15 years older than they actually are despite taking pretty decent care of themselves
I don't have one I'm getting OLD and proud of it! These aren't wrinkles they are laugh lines and every one of them represents a memory I wouldn't trade for the world. Getting older is mandatory, its growing up that's optional! Rather than avoid old age, I hope you find great people to grow old with. It's a boat we're all in, suck it up buttercup!
Lifestyle >sauna +20 min 4 times per week >Exercise
That's pretty much all you can do right now, should keep you young and reach +100y old
Keep close tabs on the longevity field though, major breaktroughs are happening
My grandma is 94 and very healthy. Her diet consists of corn, vegetables and beer. She is very thin.
Also; one of the secrets of longevity is to harbor a deep hatred. She absolutely hates her neighbors and enjoys the decades-long feud.
collagen peptides+vitamin C is the holy grail of skin health and anti-agiing
bone broth works too, if you're an am*rican who can't trust to buy collagen powder because your labs are all shady garden gnome shit
Have a skincare routine, wear sunscreen every day
Lift and do cardio >b-but cardio kills gains
Grow up
Limit alcohol drinking
Meditate daily to keep cortisol low
That’s literally it. Sunscreen and cardio are the most important things for staying looking young.
Aside from the obvious lift weights, drink water and use sunscreen >Tretinoin+Moisturizer >Fin+Minox
I'm frozen in time at 26, my 16yo girlfriend thinks I'm 18
I promise you this guy looks his age. He has makeup and filters.
He’s fucking 57
+he's asian
I'm med. I sure wouldn't change myself to asian just to look younger with older age. Still look younger than I am anyways.
Cope
He looks good in motion too
If that's makeup he needs to tell his routine and technique to every western post-wall hoe because the latter are fooling no one even with makeup and filters
I unironically want to look older
I don't care about that, I'm not a woman.
no
>lift
>No processed foods - none whatsoever
Don't get married
Don't have kids

You mean fishoil too?
Obviously. And fatty fish.
Show hair
Yeah, sure.
>Mid-day sunbathing
This is the one thing you should absolutely not do if you want to remain looking young lmfao.
>Eat a lot of sugar
Or this. Sugar ages skin like crazy.
>Or this. Sugar ages skin like crazy.
bullshit; just look at all the keto guys they all look 20 years older than what they acutally are
>immediately goes to the opposite extreme
You stupid fucking ape. Direction brain. Literal 90 IQ. EVERY SINGLE FUCKING TIME WITH YOU MONGS.
both of those improve your mood, and being in a good mood improves your health thus slowing the aging process
>Don't get married

You are a special kind of retard, aren't you?

Nice survivor's bias, if you ask me.

This board isn't smart enough to appreciate this advice.

>Make a lot of money without having to work too much

wow thanks!
I'm not an insecure zoomer, so I don't need one.
Yeah it's just zóomers and not the entirety of human history
Just don't get fat (I'm fat)
you know stressing about aging is going to age you? just take care of yourself as best you can and accept that aging is part of life
Stay relatively lean, lift weights, basic skincare routine and most importantly accept you will still age in some fashion anyway.
My excellent genetics from both of my parents.
Imagine thinking you can stop the inevitable march of time. Best you can hope for is that you stay healthy while getting older.
literally every reason you can give for lifting would also apply to anti-aging
>strength program + calisthenics 3 days a week

Drink lots of semen
I'm sorry I still don't see the purpose of trying to look younger than you are. I don't try to look older but as long as people guess my age correctly I am more than happy. What's the point?
same purpose as going to the gym
The point is not looking like shit, because thats how old people look like
to bang young girls
