Work on triceps just as much as biceps. More volume on both, more often. Don't be a rippletits retard. If a muscle recovers faster, that means you should work it out MORE, not less, that fucking fatass.
Would definitely lose some size if I lost weight tho. Prob closer to 40 lbs would noticeably affect it. 20 pounds wouldn't make much of a difference, as I am just freakishly big in general.
Just measured, which is a bit difficult to do by one's self, but I got a hair under 15". I don't particularly work biceps or anything and I have no idea if this is a good or bad size. Don't really care 2bh.
17.5" but some of it is definitely fat. I also look like I have noodle arms because of long bicep belly. Not really sure how much I'll lose if I get lean, but I can curl 50s for 12 with pretty ok form.
14,5 inches. i'm tall and got like 6'6 wingspan lmao. focusing on triceps already added just shy of an inch this year already. doing too many pullups to really focus on curls i guess
Height? I'm 5'7/ 170cm and they look kinda big on me when on a pump.
I've been doing a high rep routine to cut and they've stayed the same while losing belly fat.
I don't know.
17" cold. just measured

I can't hold the tape measure myself and take a picture... heres a picture of my bicep I took the other day though

Impossible without being a lardass. Keep your expectations realistic Uce!
15-15.5 but I'm a fatass
14.5" unflexed, no pump. ~15.5" flexed no pump. I need to get them bigger
15 and it's been a couple days since I lifted so absolutely no pump
it's mostly triceps though
17.5 cold, but I'm overweight. Not enough that my arms are flabby, but enough that they don't have crazy definition
lose 20lbs and be shocked how much your arms shrink.
fatcepts are real

Nice. I'm thinking of going to a bouldering gym to try something different because I'm getting pretty bored at the gym.
14inches
damn
They're growing though, slowly
16.5" just sittin here.
Is it measured just the circumference of the muscle itself, or the entire arm including the humerus and tricep?
If the former, about 10 inches.
If the latter, about 15.
Don't really train biceps, and I'm a short fat guy, so unimpressive.
