I suggest if you want to look like you lift to stop lifting (powerlifting) and start hypertrophy training.
Muscle bellies are not hugely related to strength.

How accurate are calipers? Ive heard they're shit and within like +/- 10% of actual body fat percentage. And even at low bfp it's still like 5% Within range

I just tried to be accurate, im eating around 40 grams of carbs a day (from milk, cheese and some vegetables), and keto would be under 20. Not scared of any word, just trying to be accurate

I found that push presses helped my posture, its like a standing bench press or something. I use markers like my titty and arm conecction to see how much loose skin there is. You got big but not well defined biceps in that pic so you might be able to use them to see how fat you are. You might be able to see from the lower ab veins too. I think you are closer to around 15% cause I get more squared abs when I am thinner, and you don't have the skeletonization on your chest, I can see my rib cage and my abs, your face is sort of round but you could be just well hydrated.
Protip: at this point its mostly just for you unless you are shirtless all the time. You will look smaller in a shirt, and its all ego. I do it for myself though cause its something to be secretly confident about.
