    I'm at 120 down from 135.
    Wanna get back up to 130, then 140 and so on until about 180ish. This is all starting originally from superskelly mode at 105. So I'm happy I've at least attained a borderline healthy weight.

    Also want to get cardio up, too. I need to get back up to running a steady 5k. I hate feeling winded during a set or breathing super heavy and getting lightheaded during rests. Fucking sucks ass.

    How do I make cardiogains while bulking?

    My 1RM was 40kg, I currently train with 35kg. I don't know why I find them so difficult, but they are super fun.
    >run a sub-20 min 5k race
    My personal best 5k was around 26 minutes. So, it's doable but I'm guessing it will take me up until at least the end of the year to get to around the 20 minute mark.
