6 eggs, 1/4 cup of cheese, 1/4 onion, and 1/8 cup cilantro on an omelet. 2 tbsp of sour cream and salsa overtop. 2 pieces of toast with 1/2 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of almond butter. 16oz of milk to wash it all down. Did that every morning for months.
