    fat is highly inflammatory and all around terrible for you.
    stick with low fat starchy foods like beans, oatmeal, and potatoes. drink skim milk for protein, avoid red meat. eat a very low fat diet.
    High fat diets cause all sorts of health problems.

    Steak and rice.

    Might have some hummus or baba ghanoush, maybe sweet onions sauce or some ketchup.

    Sometimes I switch the steak for halibut or salmon and I may add some potatoes or just replace the rice with potatoes.

    I might have some eggs. I'm not a big egg fan, but sometimes they're alright.

    For desert, I might have some trail mix or make a milkshake. Might have some cereal and milk or an oatmeal cookie and some peanut butter. Or maybe I'll just skip desert.

    I'm not that pedantic or engrossed with my diet, I just eat lean and clean.

    I swear ppl making these infographics have never been to a Mediterranean country. We barely eat whole grains and don't eat beans or nuts.

      I'm a mediterranean, every household literally has bread at all times, mostly whole grain if they aren't poorgays, and I eat beans lentils and chickpeas 4 or 5 times a week. What shithole mediterranean country are you from and what is its life expectancy?
