64, I was told it is very high by a couple of ppl that have it in the 40's, idk how it is possible since I am lean and have a low blood pressure.

64 is not high. 60 and below is bradycardia, which is usually associated with athletes.

This is me too. Is that bad for the heart? I mean it puts it back into regular range. Sometimes when I eat fatty hamburgers my HR drops to 38-41

Yes, when you strain it activates the vagus nerve which can slow down your heart rate and then cause it to temporarily shoot up afterwards.

how the frick most of you have sub 70 bpm, i constantly have 90+ bpm, i'm skinnyfat though

Thats bad, you need to do cardio stat. Also fix your diet.

same mine is always high despite training cardio 4 times / week

You are not doing enough then or not doing it intensively enough. I only do cardio three times a week 20-30 min a session, at around 70-75% max heart rate, and I also strength train the rest of the week, so I'm training every day almost. My BPM is usually around 60, and often in the morning in the low 50's. Fix your diet as well.

Do you cardio a lot? It's not too strange for it to be that low if you're young, do a lot of cardio, and are of a low weight.

I'm licensed, 42 is low from the range of 60-100 depending on age, but if it's a normal sinus rhythm your fine

I'm 22 and am in decent fitness shape. But I have some blood flow problems IE my heart doesn't seem to be pumping enough some times.
I feel normal after a workout though and during running it feels like my blood is finally flowing properly

mine is always close to 80, started walking ~5KMs/day 2 weeks ago, lost ~9 lbs in part due to high (>140bpm) heart rate (@107steps/min).
Yesterday I only fed myself a protein shake, a protein bar and 4 beers.
funnily, today my resting heart rate shot well over 100bpm after surfing for an hour or so. its still hovering close to 90, did I frick myself?

I feel like it’s gone up since starting cycling, when I used to run it was lower. I also resumed drinking espresso daily and indulging in a can of Monster or two. Mid 50s sometimes but usually upper 50s these days (when asleep).

When I try to read my resting heart rate, it stays high, because I get anxiety about it and my resting heart rate is like 80-90

But if I put on a watch and measure it and forget about it over the course of weeks, it get a resting heart rate of like 50-60
