1:1 because I don't have an underdeveloped back. You got btfo in the last thread and now your desperately trying to grasp at straws.

1:1 is underdeveloped. You should have a much stronger row than bench

        >You should have a much stronger row than bench
Please tell me this isn't true. I can only bench 155 and I can't even row 1 plate for a single rep.

That's pretty bad anon. Your row ideally should be 120% of your bench. There's much more volume in all the muscles used to pull compared to the muscles used to push

Thanks for that info, I'll work on it

            >how to tell when someone cheats on their bb rows

Also, I'm assuming you mean bent over barbell rows because you're not even being specific.

Chest supported BB row. If you're below 1.2:1 then you're outside of ideal and if you're below 1:1 then you need to really focus on your upper back training unless you're a powerlifter

I don't bench and I don't row. These are the most non-functional, useless exercises that can potentially weaken you by building show-off muscles with no use irl

      0.5 x (BBx0.8) = DB
      Meaning
      115lb dumbbell row = 290lb barbell row

      0.5 x (BBx0.8) = DB
      Meaning
      115lb dumbbell row = 290lb barbell row

      Could have also used
      (DB x 2) x 1.25 = BB

Best ratio with bb row was 1.27:1 I think? But counting T-bar it was 1.82:1

This question means nothing because people bench & row with a variety of form from the strictest tier Mike Israetel barbell rows to the the biggest heave-ho cheat rows you can imagine. Unless you get videos of someone doing both their answer doesn't really mean anything
