It has worked for me for 42 years. I don’t think I’ve ever done anything else to my skin. Maybe lotion occasionally in the winter if my skin is dry but I’ve probably only done that 10 times in my life.
AM: cleanser (actually, I just use soap now since the one I used before caused problems for me), moisturizer (cerave am with sunscreen in it), sunscreen
PM: cleanser, retinol (the ordinary 1% retinol in squalane), moisturizer (cerave pm)
I often also put some aloe vera on my face and let it soak in sometimes after the cleanser step. Wait like 15 mins after applying the retinol before moving to next step. Will probably eventually switch the retinol to tretinoin since I found a place I can use to get a script online.
>black soap
Idk why this made me lose it
I'm sure it's different from other soap but a black guy getting soap to match his skin color is just funny to me kek
In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
You may not like it but this is the shit you need. Maybe like not if you're <30 years old but eventually this is what you need. Also that shit that Oprah sells with the baby foreskin cells? That too. Thank me later. Both will cost you about $450, $500
If I'm going outside, sunscreen. If not, benzoyl peroxide.
On a side note, I often wonder if I should do something for my body since it looks considerably worse than my face. Is whole body lotion an effeminate meme? Apparently is a big deal for....dare I say.... black people.
AM:
- cleanser ( it's basically face soap made for face )
- hyaluronic acid ( this shit makes sure you get your face absorbs hydration, splashing water on it doesn't do shit )
- vitamin C cream ( this shit is optional. it reduces wrinkles and makes you look sparkly and fresh, but it also makes your face more sensitive so you gotta wear suncream )
- moisturizer ( this shit is the shit that gets absorbed in the skin and makes it smooth and hydrated )
- suncream
PM:
- cleanser
- hyaluronic acid
- moisturizer
I want to integrate retinol and use AHA / BHA in my routine too now that it's cold but I don't know how.
I work at a pharmacy so I buy it without prescription AND with employee discount. Been using it for just a week so don't see any results yet, except my skin looks more glossy.
Everyone focuses on products but what made the biggest difference to me was changing the pillow cover every day and making sure I fall asleep on my back and just never touch the pillow with my face in general.
As soon as I start sleeping on my side, or worse, put my arm under my face, I start breaking out.
If you don't have a problem you're trying to solve like acne the most important things are preventative (sunscreen) and retinol
Most other stuff is snake oil or negligible
Canola oil and microwaved river sand mixed. I rub it all over my face until it is red
Then I apply brake fluid to stimulate regeneration and I lay down with a stone cristal on mu forehead aligh with the magnetic pole to induce an increase on my chi power
Nothing. Don't have one, don't need one. My skin does what it wants and I'm just along for the ride. it also looks better than homosexuals who spend all day putting this snake oil on their faces. Have fun wasting your money for no gain and no benefit. >B-b-but it totally works f-
Blablabla. Sunk-cost fallacy. Accept it and get over it.
I was under the impression skin care is a scam? I eat healthy and only drink tea and water and my skin is clear and I get complimented on it all the time.
I shower with bar soap.
Thats BAD

Daily use of bi oil, benzoil peroxyde, tretinoine, doxycycline + wash my face twice a day
CeraVe and African black soap
Harvesting the blood of starving african children and solidifying it into soap is peak anti aging.
That's not what the soap is, it's just good for black skin I haven't had acne since HS in 2014
are you black?
AM: cleanser (actually, I just use soap now since the one I used before caused problems for me), moisturizer (cerave am with sunscreen in it), sunscreen

enjoy your cancer cracka
>WD-40 and iso-heet to get those nasty adhesive blotches off your hands
>Gasoline to stop poison ivy rashes
You have to light the gasoline on fire to detoxify the body, my esthetician told me that.
Skin issues:
>uneven skin texture

>some pores that are larger than I'd like them to be, can't do much about it though

>Dry and apply hyaluronic acid serum
Night:
>Wash face with bar soap
>Dry and apply retinol serum
Retinol and microneedling
Adrenochrome from the children's hospice

There you go, that's skincare for you

Self facials X failure

just looks like marketing for expensive retinol?
twice a day or only morning when I'm lazy
cleanser (AHA/BHA exfoliating 1 or 2 times a week)
toner
moisturizer (with sunscreen during the day)
If I'm going outside, sunscreen. If not, benzoyl peroxide.
On a side note, I often wonder if I should do something for my body since it looks considerably worse than my face. Is whole body lotion an effeminate meme? Apparently is a big deal for....dare I say.... black people.

Trying to maintain a low stress lifestyle 1 X F (RPE10)
Lifting and Exercise 5 X 5
Having Sex 2 X 20-25 (IMPOSSIBLE)
I've had acne for many years and currently shifted to a very basic routine and it has been working suprisingly well (knock on wood)
>cerave foaming cleanser morning and night
>differin 0.1% adapelene at night
>pic related moisturizer at the end, morning and night

Or I can just get it with a prescription right?
Why don't you just tell us
I work at a pharmacy so I buy it without prescription AND with employee discount. Been using it for just a week so don't see any results yet, except my skin looks more glossy.
Wash face with honey 2x daily. It works miracles when I stick with it.
Everyone focuses on products but what made the biggest difference to me was changing the pillow cover every day and making sure I fall asleep on my back and just never touch the pillow with my face in general.
As soon as I start sleeping on my side, or worse, put my arm under my face, I start breaking out.
face cleanser from lidl
lavender soap
aveeno moisturizer
Since I'm not a woman, there is no routine for skin care.
Soap as a light scrub during shower. Then moisturizer, sunscreen if I go out.
Just moisturizer has worked really well along with the occasional gut flush with activated charcoal. Water is enough for your face, soap irritates it.
I thought the general consensus on this board is that skincare is for gays and women, what changed now?
get with the times champ, being a homosexual is cool nowadays
IST is gayer than monkeypox
cleanse with cerave
paula's choice bha
thayers toner
deciem caffeine under eye serum
cerave am or pm moisturizer
do this am and pm

The sunscreen israelite will punish you with cancer if you don’t cut out this needless vanity
Cheapest soap i can buy and hot water
Canola oil and microwaved river sand mixed. I rub it all over my face until it is red
Then I apply brake fluid to stimulate regeneration and I lay down with a stone cristal on mu forehead aligh with the magnetic pole to induce an increase on my chi power
Based. Don't forget the neodymium magnets in the sole of your feet and the amethyst wiener ring
Exactly what I do, except I thin the brake fluid with turpentine.
Two times a week i use an exfoliator and i put on cream that smells like coconut. The stuff the blacks use. Whatever that is. Coconut butter
any of you ever try a fake tan on your face? i avoid sunlight and look like shit
Popping blackheads
Nothing. Don't have one, don't need one. My skin does what it wants and I'm just along for the ride. it also looks better than homosexuals who spend all day putting this snake oil on their faces. Have fun wasting your money for no gain and no benefit.

Blablabla. Sunk-cost fallacy. Accept it and get over it.
