I mean, arch your spine inwards for a "hollow body" position where your chest is up. If your legs are infront and your spine is arched like a cat it makes it way more chest and shoulder focused.
OP can't do them with proper form so he has to come up with some cope to dismiss them
Do them on rings and when lowering, allow your front delt to touch the rings.
Your triceps will explode, especially when you add weight.

most machines have the bars way too far apart, so no, they don't work your triceps much. but if you have a narrow power rack you can set the safety bars at any width you want, go for a very narrow width and it will kill your triceps
I can't rotate my arms that way
