    During the pandemic
I dropped my BF% from 25% to like 12% and started hitting my brother's home gym. I also started growing my hair for the first time (buzz cut only before that) and it turns out I have beautiful blond curls

I kid you not I left the pandemic looking like a different human being and it was the first time in my life I started pulling women without even trying

That was my very peak. It lasted for about 1 year. I don't look like shit now but I'm far from the perfection that I experienced 4 years ago.

      >but I'm far from the perfection that I experienced 4 years ago.
I'm in the same boat but 7 years ago
I've been trying to achieve my best physique (which was also my dream physique) but I have failed every time I try it. Back then I had an enormous willpower and an iron discipline which are things that I lack now. I also had lots of free time. Was less depressed. Etc.

I also have beautiful curly hair but mine is red. Basically picrel but a deeper red. Beard grows similarly with big loose curls and is a dark red. Do you get stopped in the grocery store and stuff because women want to compliment your hair too? I can't go out without it happening at least once each time. They really seem to like the light colored ringlets. Add the muscles and a good face and pulling women becomes a non issue

My hair was never that long to be honest but I did get a lot of compliments. Now I keep my hair short again mainly because I'm an office rat but also because I'm impatient and I want to cut it after a few months.

Should I give it a try again?

Definitely. I'm also an office rat and long hair isn't seen as an issue if you have really nice hair. I have mine at shoulder length right now and it's done nothing but benefit my life outside of showers being longer because I need to wash my hair more thoroughly than when it was short

Every day I try, and fail. No that's no true. I don't try hard enough. I am scared of the future. Digits can decide my penitence.

You're not a loser, you just need to find in you that person who is actually consistent. I fail a lot too but I don't let it get to me, I know every failure is just a temporary setback on my way to big win. Don't let it get to you, you're gmi bro.

This is where you went wrong. Trying isnt to try x times. Trying is doing something until you are able to do it or you die. It's an active thing

It's like a Dark Souls boss. Sometimes you need to try multiple times. Sometimes you need to Lvl Up a bit. Sometimes you just luck out. Sometimes you might need help. But once you do it, you did it!

Trying shouldn't be seen as series of isolated actions until you change a 0 to 1

Success itself is the act of continuously trying and growing. For most things you won't realize you are improving until you hit a major milestone.

You sound disappointed and frustrated. I recommend taking a week off for your mental health and then start to slowly build up your mental strength

Don't bash your head against the wall, work on something else. The constant failure WILL eventually break you no matter how strong you are, le "keep trying don't give up" is a meme.

It's not a meme if you add something else to it, which iss keep trying, don't give up and change your methods accordingly, even change your goals. There's such a thing as aiming too high or going too fast.

I started "trying" about a year ago, actually trying about 3 months ago, actually working out somewhat consistently like 2 or 3 weeks ago. But leg days are my weak point, I have yet to do a single one.
Motivation wasn't the problem, the problem was discipline. After 30 years of doing nothing with your life it's very easy to end up just daydreaming about doing things while watching TV.
About to start my pull workout in about half an hour after I get some eggs for breakfast.

I didn't: I fixed protein intake and made lifting part of my week. Time and patience made the rest.

I have literally never tried in 32 years of life. I look back on my life with complete regret, shame, humiliation, despondency and despair. All I think about every minute of every day is how worthless my life is and how much I want to commit suicide.

The thing is, guys that are sucesful with girls don't even have to try.
They always have girls wanting them, talking to them.. what people call a "roster".
I've been somewhat in this situation, when I was 18 and was dating a beautiful girl.
Ofcourse now it all went to hell and I'm a 30 year old incel.
