Are you moronic? Or you just lift like a pussy? Do you even know what 2x5 means in terms of weight? The only lighter set here is the amrap. The rest of the volume is more than enough. Fricking clown.
PPL is good if you don't overload with ridiculous exercises and volume, training marathon style. I do a two day split since I can't recover well from my workouts.
>why is there no ab work? fkin moron
Ohp, deads, rom deads, squat. Don't pretend like you understand programming. Just shut your mouth and do the routine

beginner linear progression styled weight increase with a stupid amount of volume.
the whole point of beginner LP's is to build a strength base before moving on to higher volume routines. If someone can reliably add 10lbs a week to their squat, they have no fricking reason to be doing Leg Curls or Calf Raises.
Also, what is the progression scheme for the assistance movements? Any routine that says "8-12" is cookie-cutter bullshit.
Also kekw "Pulldowns or pullups or chinups" AKA - I've never trained someone who couldn't do some pulls so just do whatever instead.
You do OHP first one day a week, and Bench first the other day. I usually do 3x5 on the first compound lift, then 3x8 with a lighter weight on the second.
Pretty early on actually.
I’m not sure if PPL is actually the best I just enjoy going to the gym 6 days a week
>2x5/1x5 squat
bruh
What's the problem zoomie?
>Just do 5 reps a week bro volume doesn’t matter at all bro trust me
LMAOing my ASS OFF

i do PPL going every other day to the gym and sometimes i don't recover enough
Then your sleep and/or calories are garbage.
why is there no ab work? fkin moron
>needing to be told to do ab work
What do you mean? Squats and deadlifts are right there?
post abs

fricking terrible routine.
I don't understand how people do this shit. If I did bench and then jumped straight into ohp my lift would be shit tier.

Maybe I've been poisoned by the frog. But if you aren't spending 80% of your time in the gym doing supersets I assume you are an idiot.
