When do I stop the big calory defecit??

I've been on a 12 month diet, lost about 25-30 kg. Right now I am 61KG at 168 CM (5'6.5 manlet). My BMI states im middle of healthy but as you can see I'm still fat. Do I just disregard everything and keep going until im 55kg?

I do weights 5-6 times a week 75 min workouts, cardio 30 mins daily and 1200-1400 150g protein diet. My plan right now is to keep dieting until i hit 58kg and see what happens then. Obvoilsy muscle gains aren't great since I'm not eating much but I am obessed over losing the belly/chest fat.

Some questions bros:
Am I going to have stretch marks once I lose all the belly fat?
What would you say is my BF% right now? (i think 24-25%?)
abs in 5 months achiveable?

      I'd keep cuttin. No reason not to cut when ur above 15% bodyfat if your goal is aesthetics.

      I've got rolls of fat when I sit down and can pick it from my stomach, chest and sides. Fat might have been a stretch but I don't want to bulk when my breasts are sticking out of shirts

    Good job. Keep going. You can do one week of refeeding with a slight caloric surplus. You should keep dieting until you hit 10~12% bf then bulk till 16%bf ad nauseum.

      Keep going. So have so much bodyfat compared to muscle. You're probably still around 20% easily. So yeah You're "healthy" but most of it is fat.

      Keep slow cutting and upping your weights as you would any other program. High protein diet. You are still in the noob phase so you can actually do this and still build muscle.

      Huge bulks and huge cuts are for people on drugs. Guys like you and me, a good lean cut is all we ever really need. Keep lean cutting till infinity and you'll gain more muscle and lose more bodyfat than if you did a big bulk/big cut

      One thing that anons didn't answer - do you think I will have loose skin? I know its really hard to tell me I feel like my skin is fairly flexible so I am hoping I don't since that would be a killer for me. Any ex fat anons with input?

        Would you rather stay fat? Get lean, then bulk, and get built. If you need an esthetic procedure, you worry about it later.
        By the pic doesn't look like it. But age and metabolism could influence it.

      I've only been going for 2 months, can bench 60 now comfortably (started as 35) and bicep curls 12kgx4(started 7). My lifts are all going up and I am seeing a change in my arms/chest. How can you judge my muscle entirely from this pic?

              That's what I'm doing right now. I definetely meet my protein requirements, my lifts are getting a lot better and I'm losing fat. I'm most likely 22-24% BF it seems absurd that people are telling me to bulk

    Im trying to gain muscle and improve my shit posture, been lifting for two months now and increasing the lifts.
    i workout two to three times a week for 1-1,5 hours and i eat about 200-300 calories above maintenance.
    Is there anything else i could be doing?

      I am your height and was around your weight, but my lifts only started increasing substantially (not counting the RM discovery period) after I bumped my volume way up (6 day PPL) and bumped my surplus way up (eating 4000 kcal/day and 200g protein/day, for a surplus of 600-700). So if you get stuck the "JUST EAT MORE AND LIFT" advice you see powershitters give might work.

        but I must stress that it's important to record your lfits, record you weight and listen to your body (don't ignore joint pains etc), because what works for someone else might not work for you and result in suboptimal gains or injury.

          Definetly recording my lifts (repcount app) and i have considered increasing my intake by alot.
          And yeah i honestly should just get out there more.

    Yes, you are fricking fat. That's the whole point of the term "skinnyfat". You have very little muscle, which means that you can be at 20+bf% and still be in the normal BMI range. You need to get lean at some point, just keep going. You can always bulk later.
