Early afternoon for me
early morning (6AM)
Night time, 3 or 4 am. Gym is a ghost town then.
Gym closes at 10pm. I usually go at around 8pm, which is after the zoomies have left and only people who just want to work out and be left alone remain. Which is me and maybe like 10 other people. I like it. It's calm and cozy.
Except fridays, when crossfitters populate the gym doing retarded shit.
for me it's looking at the time at 13:37
Workout is a noun, you mean work out.
Usually after Uni or in between breaks
>gym is right on the edge of campus
Unfortunately this means I mostly get to it when it’s 4-5pm and it will be rush hour with tons of zoomies but also hot chicks with nice asses who atleast improve my reps by +2
Any time I want cause I'm a home gym master race and I don't pay a ~~*gym membership*~~ only to be told I can't workout at 9pm
Time exists, but how we measure it is arbitrary btw
Bro you’re so fucking smart holy shit
For a second there I was like “uh oh does time exist?”
Thank Science you arrived to settle this matter
calm down schizo
>behaviour of atoms
unfortunately thats prime shitskin time and i just absolutely fucking despise seeing the same group of arabs literally every fucking day they literally train 7 days a week no rest days not even on holidays. you go there during that time and they will be there. they will be loud, they may be shirtless, they may be shouting what sounds like prayers.
any other time and there are no morons or mudslimes. so idk i just go whatever time honestly between 16-23. i dont mind training midnight or right after work, all works for me. when i was neet i tried training at any time of day, but i didnt like mornings or afternoons. just very low energy and "vibe". late nights probably my favorite if i had to pick.
"workout" is a noun; you mean "work out".
what's special about 12:08:03?
Cardio in the morning at around 5:30. Weights in the evening about 12 hours later.
5 AM because that's the earliest 24 Hour Fitness opens, fucking bullshit
9:30pm because I put it off all day and my workout lasts 30 mins. 10pm is quiet time in my house & I need a housemate to spot me. Rock climbing I will do at like 2-6pm. Sometimes later depending on my climbing partner's availability
I go to bed at about 00:30. I dont understand how people can work out in the morning. Where is all the energy coming from?
I used to work out at 5 am. I would get up at 4:50 am and get to the gym around 5:30 am.
This was great for actually getting workouts in.
I got a workout in every morning for almost 50 days in a row.
However, I couldn't stay up past 9 PM.
This was really bad for my social life.
So I started waking up right at 9 AM.
Now I work out in the evening after work, or in the early afternoon on the weekends.
It's not as good for muh gym consistency / gains, but it's way better for having "normie compatible" hours.
Any time. Doesnt matter.
Around 19 in the eve
During prime NEET hours (10am to 2pm), gym is mostly empty. Really can't lift heavy+make gains too early in the morning, you have literally 0 energy. Evening/night time are pretty good too
Usually first thing in the morning. Doing something challenging early trivializes the rest of the days problems.
1 or 2 pm is usually when my energy is highest and I can have caffeine without it affecting my sleep too much. I have heard working out in the morning is better for you, but I just dont have the energy before ive had a few meals.
9:15pm-11pm because I finish working at 9pm
Shower at 10h25
Massage chairs from 10h30 to 10h55
Mid morning (9 AM)
I go first thing in the morning but I hate it. I really want to go in the evenings after work but its so busy it takes my breath away. Full of broccoli head students crowding the benches and squat rack to do a single plate with shitty form. They wanted to work in on my squat rack when I was warming up and I told them no but my voice trembled and they laughed and I had to leave early, my eyes pissing tears
Right when I get off work at 3:30. I work remote so it's not too bad of a walk to it; usually no one is there.
