Gym closes at 10pm. I usually go at around 8pm, which is after the zoomies have left and only people who just want to work out and be left alone remain. Which is me and maybe like 10 other people. I like it. It's calm and cozy.
Except fridays, when crossfitters populate the gym doing moronic shit.

Unfortunately this means I mostly get to it when it’s 4-5pm and it will be rush hour with tons of zoomies but also hot chicks with nice asses who atleast improve my reps by +2

unfortunately thats prime shitskin time and i just absolutely fricking despise seeing the same group of arabs literally every fricking day they literally train 7 days a week no rest days not even on holidays. you go there during that time and they will be there. they will be loud, they may be shirtless, they may be shouting what sounds like prayers.
any other time and there are no Black folk or mudslimes. so idk i just go whatever time honestly between 16-23. i dont mind training midnight or right after work, all works for me. when i was neet i tried training at any time of day, but i didnt like mornings or afternoons. just very low energy and "vibe". late nights probably my favorite if i had to pick.
9:30pm because I put it off all day and my workout lasts 30 mins. 10pm is quiet time in my house & I need a housemate to spot me. Rock climbing I will do at like 2-6pm. Sometimes later depending on my climbing partner's availability
I used to work out at 5 am. I would get up at 4:50 am and get to the gym around 5:30 am.
This was great for actually getting workouts in.
I got a workout in every morning for almost 50 days in a row.
However, I couldn't stay up past 9 PM.
This was really bad for my social life.
So I started waking up right at 9 AM.
Now I work out in the evening after work, or in the early afternoon on the weekends.
It's not as good for muh gym consistency / gains, but it's way better for having "normie compatible" hours.
During prime NEET hours (10am to 2pm), gym is mostly empty. Really can't lift heavy+make gains too early in the morning, you have literally 0 energy. Evening/night time are pretty good too
1 or 2 pm is usually when my energy is highest and I can have caffeine without it affecting my sleep too much. I have heard working out in the morning is better for you, but I just dont have the energy before ive had a few meals.
