usually the weight stays the same despite the cut untill you step on scale in the morning once after few days and it turns out you lost 0,5-1kg overnight

Thanks. I'm on a week of a strict 1k deficit and nothing has changed

        Anonymous

        1 week of 1kg deficit = 7000kcal = about 1kg
so in the most optimal best case scenario your weight should be 1kg less AT MOST, assuming you have calculated wrong, had lower TDEE it's entire possible you are in the 0,5kg range. But whether it's 0,5kg or 1kg doesnt really matter, that amount of fluctuation is completely normal, even up to like 3kg.

Working out hard actually increases your weight because your body releases cortisol during exercise, which can impact your fluids and cause your body to retain more water. You should judge your weight loss on a monthly basis and weekly average. You might see all kinds of results throught your weight loss, sometimes spiking up and something weight dropping more than it should but when you evaluate it after lets say 3 months you most likely will see completely normal and average results as you should according to the deficit you are on.

Thanks bro. I'll keep at it and see in a month. I gained 15 lbs in my recent bulk and don't like what I see when I step on the scale. Granted, I lost 100+ lbs a few years ago and just this year started lifting for strength gain, so I'm sensitive to my numerical weight. I was fat pretty much my whole life

If not for christianity, people wouldn't consider those things to be sins and therefore a forbidden fruit. 99% of the times people do drugs or watch porn it's because they unconsciously protest or do it because it's taboo.

So you actually think people do drugs, and whack off because it is taboo lol?

Yea. Weed and whacking off doesn't even feel that good when you get rid off the sense of guilt.

ehhh, wrong! People actually do it because everyone wants to spite IST for telling them how to live. Even back in the 1950's people were doing drugs and having sex to spite the IST nerds kept telling them how to live

Oh, definitely not because it gives you massive rushes of dopamine.

Weigh in the morning before breakfast or exercise
Scales usually differ throughout the day.

    You should be eating;
    >Fatty acids, healthy fats such as plain yoghurts
    >Fish, Shrimp, Eggs, Lean meats
    >Whole grains only
    >Vegatables, fruits and complex carbs

Keep your tot. calorie count at 1700-1200 range

Thanks. I usually weigh first thing in the morning after peeing as my 'official' weight I log in MFP. I usually weight half a dozen times again throughout the day because I'm obsessive.

I live on a farm, I spend most of my time (when I am not working) innawoods, or gardening, or cooking, or working out.

I don't watch entertainment, I have a long term gf that lives with me and we will get married soon. I don't have a problem with having a smoke every now and then tbqh. But yeah OPs pic pretty accurately summarizes how I feel about most people today and especially city dwellers.

The slop isn't just food. You see what people's bodies look like in a /fph/ thread well the mind can get just as ugly if you pump it full of trash 24/7. Most people are disgusting and stunted because of the disgusting consoomer trash they pump into their minds all day every day- same as their body.

when i hear a christgay mention "addiction", i reach for my gun

christgays think that if everyone was religious, no-one would suffer from addiction.
Christhomosexuals do not understand addiction, nor do they want to: they just want to use your vulnerability and guilt to suck you into their cult

      >we just need to understand addiction- not hate the addicted.
Your seething about christians is irrelevant to the fact that everyone already gave your stupid pie sky ideas about addiction a chance, they have been a complete and obvious fricking disaster, and basically everyone (Christian or not) is sick of hearing your moronic gay shit.

No, we need to understand the what causes addiction PHYSIOLOGICALLY. Mainstream science's view on addiction is basically moralist bullshit reified into "science". It has failed just as christhomosexualry has. The reason why the "dopamine = bad" narrative makes sense to people is because it appeals to the sin vs asceticism narrative most people, (including atheists) are raised with. People literally cannot think outside of that framework. The assumption, like OP's image, is that "short term pleasure" itself is bad, and we just need to have "discipline" to cut out "excess". This is looking in the totally wrong direction.

I think the biggest issue is moderation. You can eat some sloppa, drink some booze, smoke some weed, watch Netflix, etc all in moderation. If you're accomplishing your life's goals and are succeeding while moderating your consooming, I don't see what the problem is.
