        Heavy partials saved my squats. Can't speak to the other big lifts but if you are plateaud on squats, half reps are how you get out of it. Don't believe me? Slap on 10lbs to your work weight and do 10 half squats. Tell me how your legs feel the next day.

        How about the ACTN3 gene which determines fiber type preference in the body? Or how about the CDKN1A gene which regulates protein distribution? TRHR increases calcium concentration in cytoplasm which can affect how strong your muscle contractions are and how active your thyroid is too. Or we can also look at the IGF2 gene which regulates overall insulin-like growth factors in the body. These are just the ones off the top of my head related to muscle strength and size. There's also plenty related to endurance, power, leanness, recovery capacity, all things that could be useful for fitness. homosexual.

            I was curious about genetics myself and I started going deep on all things related to fitness genes on pubmed. Turns out there's a ton of genes related to athletic performance. Last I checked in my notes there were 251 genes I found linked to athletic performance. 128 were related to actual physical performance and 123 were genes related to personality traits, stress tolerance, level of risk taking behavior, pain tolerance, body temperature dispositions, all the miscellaneous stuff that can affect performance that isn't directly related to how much you can output or physically recover from in a session

          To be fair he could just have weird proportions, I'm 6'2 and I always look manlet-ish in photos unless I'm standing with someone else as a point of reference

          I'm stocky and have relatively short limbs, quite a wide waist (34" while actually been lean lol) and broad shoulders. Being "fuller" seems to make you look shorter, takes away the lanky effect. Especially when you have short t rex arms
