Literally just fast for 48 hours. If you can't do that, you're never going to lose the weight because your will isn't strong enough. If you can do the fast, then break it with a multivitamin and a steak, then do it again and walk around your neighborhood for an hour every day
This is terrible advice. You shouldn’t just give up because you can’t do a 48 hour fast; you should try to eat 1600 cal/day on average and you’ll gradually lose weight, and if you can’t stick to that then try keto or IF or whatever
CICO. Read the sticky. Eat less. You will make it.
CICO and walking
Use MyFitnessPal to track your food and prep your meals for the week
You can do it m, anon
>t. Fat frick who went from 397 to 306.5 in 6 months
gotta start somewhere bro once you get the momentum going just keep going until you've accomplished your goal
you put your hand on the plow bro and you do not lift it until the row is done
go to your doctor and tell him you are bullimic, then take prozac
Don't believe the schizos telling you to fast
Eat at a calorie deficit of at least 500 calories. More if you're not fat but real fat like American kinda fat.
Eat a lot of protein, veggies and fiber-rich carbs like oats.
Walk 1 hour every single day at an elevated heart rate.
It's biologically impossible to follow the basics of losing weight and not losing weight.
CICO.
Get a stationary bike at home or if you like being outside get an actual bike. Wake up early and meal prep your meals. Make your breakfast lunch and dinner for the day. I'd include snacks too.
Weight everything.
Is your job active or stagnant?
Stagnant? -> 1.8k calories just in case.
Hard work -> 2.5k calories just in case
You should lose 2lbs each 7 days. If you're not losing 2lbs and you gain. -200 calories. If you gain. You didn't weigh something or you were tempted. Yes that pack of fricking rice crispy counted. Yes those skittles counted. Soda? Counted.
Lose 2lbs a week and adjust calories accordingly. That is it.
Make 1 change at a time, make sure it's something u can track. Track ur weight too, weigh in a couple times a week for a month and don't make too many changes, 1 change a month is fine tbh.
Switch from soda to diet soda, desserts to yogurt, drink less alcohol, something like that.
It will be way easier to lose weight by cutting something out rather than adding exercise in.
If you want to exercise that will help though, and if you track your diet and write down how you feel after you exercise, you'll notice how much better you feel on days where you eat well.
if you're actually like obese obese then you can lose a respectable amount of weight with very minimal lifestyle adjustments. cutting soda and adding a daily walk to your routine will probably shave off a good 20 pounds in 2 weeks time. Use those results to motivate you into fixing the rest of your diet, you don't even need a workout routine. you'd be shocked how hard it is to maintain truely morbid obesity.
honestly just dnp
height and weight?
5"7 340 pound
jesus thats almost half a janny
Kik
You need to hate yourself while believing you can get better. It's a difficult mentality to get into, but it's absolutely mandatory if you're gonna dig your way out of the hole you ate yourself into. You seem to be halfway there already.
LMFAO PATHETIC how did you let yourself turn into such a disgusting pig? how do you let this happen to you and not just take no action but also continue to eat more and more and watch yourself get fatter? i don’t get it
Literally just stop eating lmao
Start by losing weight
Switch from regular soda to diet. It's a simple yet huge step.
You only gain weight if you eat. You have nothing else going on in your life. Just don't do one single thing - eat
start now, do you want to be here next year lamenting you didn't lose any weight
OP's here for a pity party
350->175 here. I did Keto, and I did CICO. Both didn't work, but mixing them worked permanently. These are the biggest 3 things that saved me.
>Stop drinking all soda and sweet drinks, yes even diet ones. They frick up your gut biome giving you sugar cravings and dull the taste of healthy food. Only drink water when you're eating food.
>Start out with Keto+intermittent fasting, actual healthy keto not le cheesey bacon shit. This is to help your metabolism recover from years of processed sugar so doing CICO is a lot easier since you won't crave sugar nearly as much anymore.
>After a good 25-50lbs, slowly switch back to CICO by reintroducing carbs to your diet but keep doing intermittent fasting. Your carbs should come from natural sources, not processed foods. Stop eating processed food if that isn't obvious by now.
I went from 141 to 101kg at 6‘1 in a year and can still eat pizza and burgers. Learn about CICO and eat enough protein+fat.
You have to change your mindset on food. Stop seeing food as pleasure and start seeing it as sustenance. Weight loss isnt a goal, its a permanent habitual change. Once you see foods in macros and not in flavor things will change a lot.
Start by learning the process. Identify the steps you need to do in order to reach your goals. Gather information on dieting. Calories, macros, food items recipes and so on. What people dont know is that the fatter you are the easier it is to lose.
im doing this.
joined the Y. doing inclined walking for an hour every day and a super light-weight bro split.
idk if it's working, im really fricking sore and my recovery seems dogshit. (34 y.o.)
still havent figured out my diet yet. if im real, i hate cooking. im really bad at it.
