    I could eat 3000 calories without even trying. Go to McDonald's for one meal. Bam. 1500 calories right there just getting a burger, fries, and soda. Have some chinese takeout for dinner and there you go. 3k calories.

    If you want to go the less expensive route, eat a bunch of peanut butter, ice cream, beef, pepperoni, pizza/bread etc.

    It's actually not hard. 5 pieces of fruit, a couple of sandwiches, some eggs on toast, a bowl of oats, a couple glasses of milk, a scoop of whey and some carbs and meat for dinner. Just don't be lazy.

      No need to use shitty mass gainer with the rest of those ingredients. Just use a decent whey protein and it should be enough. Caloric surplus should only be 5-10% above maintenance for a lean bulk.

    >drink a gallon of milk on top of that throughout the day

    >lunch: hamborgar with chips - 700 calories
    >snack: jerky - 250 calories
    >dinner: pasta with salad - 1000 calories
    >dessert: coffee or green tea ice cream - 300 calories
    Boom 2900 without even adding extra shit. Snack on some popcorn? Boom another 600. Eat some chocolate? Boom another 200. Go out to eat somewhere? Anything between 300 and 1500 calories. BOOM
