Where to Buy Vitamin D

Apparently you should about five to ten times more vitamin D than the government recommends, so what would be a good place to buy it? Finnish shops sell it in small amounts with high prices, so buying it in bulk from somewhere else seems like an obviously better idea.

Huge bonus if it's in a form that can be stored for long times. I don't know how long the modern world lasts so you should be preparing your stockpiles for as far future as possible.

First off get your blood levels tested. You can do this without leaving your home and it'll take you a week. Then I think liquid d3 supps are better than capsules for whatever reason and you want to also supplement k2. DYOR.

100 ug oil capsules are available in most places and they aren't that expensive unless you're a moneylet

iherb used to be the best option, but with the customs fees nowadays it's about as expensive as anything you can get in the stores, and it takes weeks for it to arrive

This doesn't have any bullshit additives or PUFA (oxidized). You could also get the NOW brand liquid droplets in mct oil. Once you go north of 4000 iu a day all the studies show is hypercalcemia and lowered bone density compared to no vitamin D.

If you would actually bother reading the sticky instead of throwing out blatant disinformation; the tolerable upper limit of how much vitamin d one can ingest is 15000 ius a day; that's fifteen thousand units before you experience any of sort of illness or negative contraindications. I was personally taking 10000 ius a day for at least 4 years in a row before this summer.

prbbly you are black and had it like 2ng/ml. Also if you take doses like 400 iu, it won't do shit. With your level you can savely take 50k iu for weeks to raise it to optimal levels. Don't forget to take all the cofactors.

          Do you ever go outside?
Jokes aside, there is a rare genetic mutation that doesn't allow people to absorb vitamin d from food. In that case you need to sunbath when uvb is the highest or tan with lamp high in uvb.
How much were you taking and for how long?

Vitamin D supplements do nothing (except maybe giving you blood clots). Have fun!

yea, based on the studies where vit d levels are all over the places, and participants take like 400 iu. There is a difference between placebo (who can take as much vit d or sunbath as they want) and vit d group, but it's not significant. And they make a conclusion that it does nothing, based on placebo group that had vit d on level 23 ng/ml and vit d group that raised vitamin d from 21 to 21.5 ng/ml. Brilliant studies.
It's like saying that salt does nothing because there was no difference between placebo group that was taking their usual amount of salt, and salt group that was taking extra 7 molecules of NaCL.

The optimal way to consume Vitamin D is to buy the Vitamin D skin cream, then use it to jerk off.
