you are such a bad liar. You could have said you're a sole proprietor business man who sells products that are in demand within that area and how you're fricking the sheriff's daughter but he's cool with it since you pay guys to mow his lawn. But you had to come up with some sort of American Psycho larp.

3 million is easy to retire off of, I only need like 600k myself. 10%+ dividend income plus an easy wfh job guarantees a six figure income to invest even more money in housing that you can then rent out for even more easy monthly income.

Visit the campus of any ivy league. Record how many of the first 50 student-age guys you see are ripped. Then go to a regional state school and do the same thing. I guarantee you the ivy league will have way more.
Why? Getting ripped has costs. Working out takes time, gyms take money, consistency takes sacrifices, programming and healthy eating takes knowledge. But it also makes your life better in so many ways that it's worth the tradeoff: daily activities, self esteem, women, etc.
So who is capable of putting up these costs to reap the larger rewards? The rich, the mentally stable, the competent, the well connected. Who struggles with this? The poor, the weak, the depressed, the outcasts - those who lack the economic and social capital to do so. Being rich is almost always an exercise in using capital to produce wealth, and being poor an exercise in forsaking capital to make ends meet, and this is as true for fitness as anything else
Of course, as a living human, probably not seriously disabled, you have a certain amount of capital available still in your own time and labor, you can always pull yourself up by your bootstraps if you invest it right - but those who haven't gone into debt in the first place can just leave their money in the S&P500 and keep raking it in

Ivy league guys usually aren't "ripped", but they are fit. There's a lot more cardio than heavy lifting though, since tennis, rowing, skiing, water polo, swimming, etc are all upper-class sports. You don't see many inner-city or even middle-class-suburban high schools with pools or tennis courts. This leads to a more toned, low bf % build with some muscle definition, not to the conventional ripped bodybuilder look.
Not to say guys at Yale don't lift, but I don't usually associate lifting heavy with the Ivys.

Almost all the greatest men in history would have been athletic if not ripped.
Not just warriors like Cesar or Alexander, even those like Jesus would have been muscular. Hell Plato was named such for the fact he was joked.
And even nowadays, many of the richest and most powerful people in the world are ripped. Look at Zuck or Bezos.
Finally, this represents a false dichotomy. You can be fit, smart, and successful. Only coping midwits who can’t into time management think otherwise.
