yeah, the entire point of whey protein was a cheap way to add extra protein to your diet. It's getting to a point that just buying extra chicken breasts or tuna or anything else is cheaper. Whey is a waste of money.

Nobody said it was supposed to be cheap. Its a scam you dont need it anyway. A human needs 0.36g per lb of bodyweight to just exist. If you think you need 5x that for lofting heavy stuff you have lost your mind

I still find whey for about 50 bucks for 5lb from time to time. Not that expensive.
