Those were just called barbell rows, they came to be called Pendlay rows after his advocacy them (over the bodybuilder-style bent-over rows, I suppose)

It's like a barbell row but I wanted my name in front of it so I can convince people I invented it

Based, my anon row is an improved variation however.

Basically, I take a 200 lb IRON MIND sandbag and just wrestle to lift it up for an hour. Once I'm able to lift it over my head and throw it properly, I increase the weight to 250 and repeat.

I call it lateral lowers. Or a side pullover, or a lateral pullover.

Basically a one arm pullover with a cable where you start with your arm straight pointing to the side and lower it all the way

It’s like a reverse lateral raises hence lateral lowers

    Based for lats

The dumbbell cheat lateral raise into upright row / high pull.
You start like a lateral raise, but as the set gets harder you involve some hip drive. When the side delts are fried, you start moving the dumbbells more like a high pull, emphasizing a shrug at the top.
Great delt and upper back builder, after the heavy work is done ofcourse.

weighted false dick insertions... set up 45 lb plate standing upright on the floor, then hold barbell between legs like a big penis... and holding only the base of your BB penis to support it, try to insert into center hole of 45 lb plate without knocking it over. you might say.... it's very "hard"

I (female) leave decoy sweat marks on benches with a little bottle I surreptitiously carry around and empty, which is full of spironolactone, onions extract, and estrogen in order to trick creepy men around my gym who smell what they think are my secretions, feminizing them slowly and gradually over long periods of time. First they will find that their lifts just aren't progressing the way they would like, and then their definition starts to get puffy and soft as they begin to hold water and build up subcutaneous fat, and then their nips get gyno and begin to turn into cute little breasts. Their body slowly begins to put on fat in a feminine distribution, much to their horror... eventually my little sniffers realize what has been going on for years on end once they get some bloodwork done, and must give in and make the full transition into being little transgender gym bunnies who can only squat and deadlift in order to tighten their little peaches into perfect round receptacles whatever men will have them

I (male) sneak into your house at night and replace your troony potion with a mixture of 100% undiluted testosterone I bought from china and your toilet water. While you think you are feminizing the sniffers you are actually causing them to become aggressive and strong while subconsciously associating gains with the scent of your bodily secretions. Additionally I am 128 feet from your location and rapidly approaching

    >Limbo situps(leaning back in a standing position then proceeding to perform situps)
    >stabilizer pullups(putting the bar on an unstable/soft surface such as on a couch rest so the lats/biceps/forearms will be under greater stress and give out faster
    >cliffedge chinups(place one side of the bar on an elevated surface higher on one side by 10-15 inches, perform some reps on one side to stress the left bicep first then alternate the position)
    >Mercenary split squats(squat one leg on a surface as tall as your waist with the other leg relaxed then alternate)
    >Reverse plank dips(place legs on a chair, dip downwards and push the entire body upwards using the glutes and hamstrings
    >Wall calf raise(stand between two narrowly placed walls, place on leg upon the wall facing you,and raise the calf muscle upwards and downwards)
    >Ground pullups(lay on the ground on a slippery mat, hold onto a bar and pull yourself to the bar then push yourself backwards and repeat for reps)
    >Side delt dips(stand on a chair between two pieces of tall furniture, place your arms ontop of them in a T pose, squat downwards, and use your shoulders to get back into a standing position)
    >Climbing Dips(Wedge yourself between two walls with your legs braced on the other side with your body in an L sit position, use your triceps(mainly) and legs to push yourself upwards between the two walls, once you reach the top,you descend downwards and repeat to failure)
