i was maxxing out ohp for a while. i used to start each push day with ohp. when i started bulking i stopped doing it so it didn't progress but it diddn't regress either
the top one is objectively better looking, plus those lifts are pretty respectable on their own, so if I'd have to choose which one I'd rather be then theres your answer
but those numbers are sus as frick, you have any idea what does it take to reach 85kg ohp? I'm convinced some people just cant reach those numbers, certainly not that rather skelly lookin top guy
The point is that OHP is not reasonable given that bench. Your OHP is related to your bench because they work very similar muscles. You won’t be hitting an 85kg OHP without hearing a 3pl8 bench
the guy i posted has elite tier bench and dip but he's struggling on a set of 1plate ohp

Then he doesn’t know how to do the lift. I didn’t train OHP for my first 2 years of lifting and was able to OHP 1pl8 within a month of starting to train it just from training my bench for 2 years

1plate is laughable and proves nothing

That was just an example, I’ve been lifting 5 years now and OHP 190ish lbs, bench press 340ish lbs. no way OP is pulling that OHP while having that bench

just because you might get shoulder gains from bench doesn't mean you'll get chest gains from ohp

Bench barely hits chest. It’s a front delt exercise. OHP is a front delt exercise. It barely hits lateral delts

>Bench barely hits chest. It’s a front delt exercise.
This isn't true, bench is in the most optimized position to work in a bench press

How did it take you so long to get a 190lbs OHP and why is it so weak compared to your bench?

i reached 1pl8 ohp relatively fast too, in fact that was the first and only i reached. moving from 60kg beyond requires something else tho

It was for 3x12, that gives him a 205lb OHP at least

yes he said his best was 80kg for 6 reps which is about 90kg 1rm and he has been doing it for a bit at this point
It's just a guy who seethes about OHP on here every single day for some reason. He's stuck at 50kg and thinks you need to juice to rep 1pl8 OHP. Easily one of the saddest ritual posters.
>75kg and I've got a 3pl8 bench
I have a 185lbs OHP and a 255lbs paused bench. Your numbers seems off or do you not regularly practice the movement

No I just recently got a 185lbs at 180lbs, I am the black guy from in that other thread with he 180lbs press
>I've benched 385 paused and can only strict OHP 205. I'm one of the weirdos that OHP benefits the bench and not the other way around
Nice bench, guess you are like Alex Leonidas(AlphaDestiny) with those ratios

Top one have cringe stats for his bodyweigth but the bottom one has really unfortunate "biceps in the armpit" insertions that will make his arms DYEL in any form of t-shirt
So the top one mogs, so long as he never reveals himself struggling with his lmao4pl8 or lmao 1pl8 bench
i have only pulled 240kg once. it was after a week of no lifting now im doing the same and will attempt it again with a camera. i have never missed 220kg since i first got it and have done 230kg 1 time but i skip 230kg if 220kg moves fast i go for 240kg if not i rep 220kg
OP stop posting your DYEL body and your fake lifts. Nobody believes you have an 85kg OHP and a fricking 110/130kg bench press. Fake OHP numbers are the easiest way to spot a DYEL because they hit 1/2/3/4 and assume a 2pl8 OHP is comparable to a 3pl8 bench when in reality it’s comparable to a 4pl8 bench.
dunno
can't see their faces
face is the same. the point is the body
my peanus weenus
>85kg OHP
>110kg/130kg bench press
I’m so sick of moronic LARPing DYELs infesting my board

objectively false. bench and dip almost don't even work the shoulder
OHP and bench press both heavily work the front felt you fricking DYEL.

I do 85kg OHP for one strict rep and my bench is only 127.5kg
What do you mean? My ohp is at like 75kg and I've got a 3pl8 bench
It's just a guy who seethes about OHP on here every single day for some reason. He's stuck at 50kg and thinks you need to juice to rep 1pl8 OHP. Easily one of the saddest ritual posters.

i really wanted to achieve a 1x bw ohp but i couldn't. i would start each push day with ohp. when i started the bulk i focused on powerlifts
suspicious deadlift
suspicious OHP
Bottom if you would cut and had not bulked like a tard

End of facts
that's me in both pics
You look better in the top pic then, but just keep lifting and you'll look like that but with your below stats and beyond
There is no "or" scenario here, get both
i will cut 5-10kg now and see how much strength is left
I don't believe those stats at all.
You look like shit for how strong you are. But I guess that's the nature of powerlifting.
i started cutting. this is my first bulk it became a little dirty
his deadlifts seems bullshit
his body looks nothing like the weights he claims to be lifting
i have only pulled 240kg once. it was after a week of no lifting now im doing the same and will attempt it again with a camera. i have never missed 220kg since i first got it and have done 230kg 1 time but i skip 230kg if 220kg moves fast i go for 240kg if not i rep 220kg

too low or what?
he's 90+ kg
i did 5pl8 at 80 kg DYEL. you're probably just a coping lanklet
i can pull 4 plates at 66kg bw, 5.5 plate at 105kg is easily doable
bottom because i want to lick his stretchmarks
albino skin looks like shit
thanks for the feedback americano

85kg is not 2 plates
Please point out where I said that.
you're talking about 2plates dumbass. the difference from 85 to 100 is huge
top one is lightingmaxxing and wins automatically. Seriously, lighting is SO important for looking good in a photo.
the light on top is really nice but i don't live in that space anymore so i can't get the same exact light so i don't even try
