    I always did the left one because it felt more stable

      Because it is more stable and has more shoulder and back activation, your mobility just sucks

      you can load a barbell more(goodluck finding a gym with +40kg kettlebells) and you don't have to clean the kettlebells before each set so i don't see how on earth it could be superior

    Left one is superior overall because there’s little margin for error for baring weight on your wrists. Right has its major advantages too - creates a wider base with your delts and is more balanced.

    If you can do right without putting the weight on your wrists I’d do that, but most people can’t.

    Right is superior if you spend a couple of weeks training to get into front rack position.
    I'm not prepared to do that though.

    I've never had wrist pain in the front rack position. homie just extended you back.

    true front rack is far superior and more comfortable. just stretch your lats so you can really get into it.

    I find right one is better for keeping the chest up by forcing the elbows upwards. use straps if u lack the wrist mobility
