Who else >calisthenics?
> ez workouts at home or anywhere
> don't have to drive to the gym and go through bullshit
> save on gym fees or home gym equipment
> do cool shit
inb4 legs, only retards can't figure out how to hit legs with calisthenics
I just run to the gym. Working out with weights is 4x faster than working out with calisthenics.
> oof, your gains
Get a free standing bar with a good capacity or look up how to DIY mount a sturdy one
Every callisthenics routine I've seen requires more equipment than weights, or it assumes you're already good enough to do all kinds of contortions.
A pull up bar? I have been doing calisthenics for 3y and all you really need is a bar
post planche
>all you need is a bar
>t. chestlet
Then you've been looking at shit tier ones
> gymnast rings
> place to hang them
> mimics most upper body weight exercises and more
> including isolations
Sounds nice, when are you be adding extra weight to the exercise for convenient progressive overload and reliable way to make gains?
Real men do weighted bulgarian ring dips
I'm not him but I'm scared to do it but I'm afraid of destroying my garage. I'm already 240lbs. I'd love to do pull ups at home
Don't need to, accomodating resistance with leverages
eg.
> incline pushup
> kneeling pushup
> pushup
> pike pushup
> elevated pike
> handstand pushup to wall
> full HSPU
Same applies to pullups, planche pushups, dips, lever rows, etc. Use bands for extra assistance or resistance
>Don't need to
Maybe, if very suboptimal gains are your goal here
>accomodating resistance with leverages
That also changes the whole exercise and the muscles involved in it. What's the big deal with calisthenics fags and their unwillingness to do weighted version of those workouts? You can't be that poor that a couple of plates would destroy your budget, so it has to be an ideological retardation that planted itself in your brain.
You can't be that poor that you couldn't pay attention to the difference between >don't need to and >can never ever do it ever
If you have difficulty with exercise variation in calisthenics, I can only imagine you grasping it in weightlifting.
> low bar? High bar? Front squats? Split squats? Leg press? I can't believe this shit
Weights are useful, but not necessary
>You can't be that poor that a couple of plates would destroy your budget
i could make u do 30 airsquats u would not finish, u do not need le barbell, for most barbell is the worst thing that could happen to them in fit sense
>STILL HOLDING
convince me not to buy rings please
they look fun and are pretty cheap
>gymnast rings
Shit for anything except entry-level strength with basics or advanced stuff that only a small portion of people can do mainly due to joint/connective tissue stress.
>10kg
lol
>accomodating resistance with leverages
AKA recipe for being and staying dyel.
I could make you do an ultramarathon and you would shit and piss yourself and still not finish.
The fuck are you talking about Black?
The months I wasted on calisthenics would have been better spent on weights
Weighted calisthenics is very good and you can start your home gym building process with only a pull-up bar, a dip belt, some chains and plates.
>with only a pull-up bar
Recipe for having zero chest.
>Specific pussy triangle inserted into the design of the leggings
How is this allowed?
its called a gusset, and its there to allow increased flexibility in the joint / reduced stress to the fabric you coomer
I'm sure the girl knew that when buying. I'm doubly sure it could be reinforced without a triangle screaming fuck me here.
>gusset
more like pusset
I started recently, i want to control my own body
same
love it
>save on gym fees
pathetic poor incels holy shit. drink 1 less mocha cappuchino a month zoom zoom. holy shiy being a cheap poor bastard is so cringe.
t. avocado toast boomer
Their is no reason to do calithensics if your goal is to build muscle/strength if you have access to a gym or weights
i can do both
>but you can't just workout for free
I do.
Looks like a meme workout for women ready to do another tik tok trend in an effort to be forced to wear power armor under Sharia Law.
>Have callisthecnics park 1 mile from home
>Jog there every other day for 1hour workouts
Feels good brehs. I'm getting close to getting the front lever. And gf bought me push up handles so I can start working towards the planche at home.
