I think his bulked weights are slightly exaggerated. I fluctuated between 185-200 at 6ft when I was younger and was a a bit chunkier than that

Yeah, I did for a couple of months. Coffee at will, 1 apple and 1 can of tuna through the day, plenty of water to avoid headache and dehydration too. As a plus before hand I consulted a doctor just to check everything up and get a prescription for vitamin pills, alongside with those I bought the Walmart or drugstore one's too. Just be careful with the loose skin if you're too fat and going for that, it's almost suicidal
What were your starting and ending numbers? This idea interests me.
It was around 2015-16, so it's hard to pinpoint the numbers precisely. But it was something like 110kg-243lbs in the beginning and 87kg-192lbs in the end(42 or 45 days window) Keep in mind that you'll feel weak as frick all the time.
To be honest I had more results counting calories and cycling ephedrine and caffeine and doing cardio like hell, I lost easily 5kg-11lbs in a 5 days span. If you want a friendly advice is to be consistent with a plan. You wanna go keto? Try for a month, wanna do the Bale diet above? Try at least for a weekend/a few workdays to see how you'll feel ingesting that little calories and going through the day/doing your job, labor, whatever. Everything I've ever tried was always taking notes ok my numbers, meaning, blood pressure, heart rate, o2 levels on my blood and weight twice at day.

interdasting.. i assume a lot was water weight. were you working out 2 hours a day?
1 hour moderate heavy lifting, 30-45min treadmill jogging/sprinting speed. Sometimes I splitted in two parts, so around noon lift and meal right after and around 7pm the cardio. The only downside of ephedrine and caffeine it's to adjust the intake to your system, schedule. You can get headaches, you can sometimes feel like your hand is always shaking, or even some cold (as in chill, not sick). Again, all of these I did keeping track of my numbers, dosage intake of eph, caffeine and heart rate.
