    literally me. Only time I can train because my gym is full of chads and giga stacies. I get mogged if I go normal hours

    I usually go at 3 am but I've been trying to go an hour or two earlier because I'm not done my stuff before the morning people start showing up and there's something off about them all that I just cant place. Like they arent actually people but just pretending to be. Night people and morning people shouldnt intermingle.

    I usually lift after work but if not I lift at 5. There is something really nice about lifting in the am, I should start going to be earlier to make it happen more often.

    want to start lifting again, but my gym's full 7am-11pm. now i'm thinking if i want to ruin my sleep and go during the night. or wake up at 5 and go in the morning, but i'm weakest in the moring

    I turn off internet at 6:30pm (it turns off automatically) im in bed at 8:15pm wake up at 5:30am, am in gym at 6am. not willing to go to sleep earlier than 8:30pm, thus cannot go to gym earlier than 6am. i need 9h of sleep . it is what it is.

    >rested from the night before
    >don't have your cuppa until AFTER the workout
    >get workout over with
    >no one around at gym
    >lift first, cardio second
    >can cut cardio short if you need to get to work
    >8AM you've worked out, pooped, and showered and still have the whole day ahead of you

    My gym doesn't open till 7am...
    I make coffee, saunter into the gym, workout, get a shower, and hop on a call at 8:30am every day.
