the gray exercise diagram man
he's seen in just about every fitness website including this one. Ive seen this years before I even started lifting. Who makes these? Who is he? what are his lifts? We all seem to trust this guy without knowing the answers to any of these
Bowflex company is the first I saw them
He's clearly using only generic equipment and machines though
wait wtf why is his chest muscles RED? bro thats not natty bro ive never seen that wtf this cant be real wtf
I make them, finally I get recognized!
fuck off. i made them
Real funny, guys. We all know it was me, so let's just move on.
If I cant find a diagram like this for an exercise then I immediately assume its a shit exercise
What do you mean who "makes" them?
Clearly he's taking photos of himself while performing the exercises using self timer. Seems like he hasn't made any significant gains in the last few years though, so take his advice with a grain of salt.
He's clearly at his natty limit and he isn't making crazy jumps in gains, it means he is a lifetime natty!
>Who makes these?
me, ama
Original grey dude was from the boom strength training anatomy. No it's a copy paste from everywhere
I see the similarity but its not it. Somewhere out there is a guy who made some 3d models of various exercises and its been the de facto reference for just about every lift for the last decade, and no one seems to know where it comes from. Thats pretty crazy to think about
He's us
I made those
I think it's pretty interesting honestly but whatever
The Ancient Egyptians
Don't forget the skinless hulk who's so badass that he trains his chest and biceps with behind the neck OHP
> pink pecs
NGMI
I tend to feel my upper chest when I press overhead.
I'm pretty sure I saw them animated in some fitness app back in the day. Not sure if the same models or a copy but that was my first encounter with the grey man
I make them. As proof here's what they look like before I do some of the finishing touches.
Then who's drawing all the posture pics?
/wsr/ might be more helpful.
The most obvious course of action would be to use singular images/cutouts of that image and go through reverse image searches and archives, but you need to ask some nerds on if and how you can filter for older results.
Was literally just wondering this the other day. Also was wondering how accurate people consider it.
