    Get some blood work done to check your testosterone levels. If it's low, consider all of the factors that could be contributing to it being that low and fix them. If your test isn't low, idk. You watch alot of porn? If so don't do that

      I did, it was 270ng/dl total, i tried fixing diet and sleep, tried taking test boost supplements its not 460ng/dl total. Doesnt go higher than 500.
      What else could lower it? I dont wanna do TRT cause scared of losing my hair

        Are you fat? Do you get enough sunlight? Do you actually lift weights? If you're fat, lose weight. If you don't get enough sunlight, take some D3 supplements or go stand in the sun. If you don't lift weights, start lifting weights. I'm not an expert on the various things that can lower your T, but again there's plenty of potential problems. As for TRT, you should be more worried about it killing your natural production than losing your hair. You probably don't want to become infertile at the age of 26.

            Take D3 supplements if you're not getting enough sunlight and go to bed at the same time every time and wake up at the same time every time, but I don't think that alone accounts for your test being that low. You're probably going to want to speak to a medical professional, but if changes to your lifestyle and diet don't result in it raising to at LEAST 400 then you're probably going to want to go on TRT, in spite of the downsides.

    It's quite a crushing feeling when I remember that I let all my teenage horniness go to waste.

    23 now, like 5 years ago my libido started a steady decline. I was a really horny teenager before that and since then it is just a nightmare I really miss having high libido, right now it's almost non-existent. Tried many things, checked my test it's in the high levels. Took suplements, saw palmetto seemed to frick it up even more.
