Bad advice. If you’re going to the gym, especially if you drink caffeine, you’re going to be drinking and peeing/sweating a lot. I fell for the low sodium meme, and I ended up passing out on an overhead press and got a concussion.
I actually go out of my way to have salty foods after I work out. It makes you less hungry by replenishing your needed sodium in the bloodstream
Salt is good for you. Drinking water, cardio, and potassium will flush out excess salt.
Common bloating is a result of diet. Look into FODMAP foods. Watermelon makes me bloat but frick I love the taste of it.
You're probably eating too many carbs. Reduce carb intake. Only eat whole foods, fresh foods, like meat and vegetables. Reduce fruit intake, or eat mostly berry types.
reducing carbs will make your muscles look flat and wilted, which if anything will contribute to the bloat, and reduce your tone/definition. Carbs get deposited into muscles as glycogen, which helps pull water into them. Excess water elsewhere in the body is going to be sodium, all the way
I'm seeing people complain about this sudden midsection bloating everywhere.
You got vaxxed. It floods your bloodstream with RNA which activates junk DNA. Basically your heart is being slowly destroyed and everyone around you is going to just say you suddenly became a lazy, unhealthy, person. The autopsy will match that of a very unhealthy person that never exercized, drank coca-cola constanrly and ate nothing but McDonalds their entire life.
Remember when tinfoil hat posters said that the US government ran an underground child trafficking ring?
Or when they said the FBI was grooming young men into mass shooters?
Or when they said the lower classes would be systematically priced out of High Class products like meat and homes?
Reduce salt intake. Salt is necessary for athletes but athletes come to this conclusion on their own and know how much they need. Increase water intake. Work your core seriously. Not the powershitter style, actually work it with oly lifts and/or core specific exercises. Some part of the reason people just look fatter when they're older is weak fascia muscles. They're usually also fatter on top of that but the fascia being weak accentuates it.
The real answer is that everyone is different
I personally cut out most wheat and it reduced my bloat a bit. Dairy for others, sodium for some. Just eliminate shit and see how you respond
Consume less than 3g of sodium a day.
I'm bloated no matter the bf% if I don't watch sodium.

You're moronic.
Not him but my doctor told me to increase sodium intake because of similar problems. I thought it was weird as I had never heard this at the time.
Go away Satan.

>How does one reduce bloat
Why would you do that?

I am tracking macros, daily I have 158 carbs and 1705 mg sodium.
158g carbs is way too fricking much
50-60g max

Actual MD here OP. That's visceral fat around your organs.
You need to go on a fast. I recommend snake juice.
>i-i-i-i-it's just water weight
reality is it's probably a mix of both. You are fat and maybe you do have extra water retention going atm.
I had this for years. Had a stomach infection. Cut out starch and down on sugar. At least 3 cups of live culture yogurt daily.
Fixed most of it.
whats the medical term for what you had? google just brings up stomach flu for some reason
