Same. I've started ending my sessions with additional arm exercises, using what I haven't used that day. Basically after a pull day I'll do some additional tricep work and after a push day I'll do additional bicep work. I don't know if it's working but I'm usually too fatigued and can only do 3 sets and I'm afraid it might be too much volume but only time will tell

my arms are the thing that will drive me to pin. but some people only notice mild effects. i hear legs, legs from everyone though

Because your body literally is not physiologically meant to have thick arms.

then why do some people have 19 inch and above? Is curling 300lbs something nature has programed in humans for a specific reason? are the people with huge arms descended from people who lifted heavy rocks?

Our body isn’t meant to do a lot of things, we just bully it until it does something it was never originally intended for.

I've changed it up a dozen times over the years.
Right now its 10 sets of dumbbell curls(5 neutral/5 supinated) and 10 sets of lying skullcrushers
I cant push myself like I did when I was younger due to pretty severe damage to my distal bicep tendons

I’m assuming that’s weekly volume, what’s the frequency like?

That's decently big for 6'2 185. You'll not get much bigger arms at that weight

Genetics I guess dude I'm 5'9 170 and I'm at 17" thereabouts. I have the same issue with my chest though we're all different
Heavy ass hammer curls, ezbar/preachers and light reverse curles until failure (I do that for forearms but I guess they do biceps a lil) and triceps just pushdowns and french curls

Eat more and make sure you're actually hitting the muscle and feeling significant resistance. I made the same mistake with my lats and know they're juicy as frick

It’s because you aren’t doing compound lifts for the triceps and most likely skip heavy biceps work.

    >you have to feel the muscle
    No

      >compound lifts for the triceps
Why would doing tricep compound somehow be more effective than just isolating it? Also what compound besides bench are you even doing for triceps anyway?
Im a skull crusher enthusiast btw don't know if that matters

Standing OHP, Z-OHP, push press, bench, dips are a few I use regularly.

Lift heavy, reps to failure. And don't skip out on triceps, they're larger than biceps after all
