      it don't matter on what - dipping is invariably stupid/harmful/wrong

      u can't work "frickload of muscles", one of them is gonna fail (hint: it's front delt, again) and then it's form greakdown and injury, u ain't gonna do shit to chest because elbows are begind u (u need them in front of u so that muscle fibers are straight between attachment points, with dips muscle fibers are strung on ribcage), and u ain't gonna do shit to trike because delt will die first, besides it would be long head only anyways

      rear delt and side delt are done separately, here is rear:

      >it's very good to do it on all 4 because it forces u not to relax the muscle during your "set" and u need over half a minute of muscular tension on belly muscle for hypertrophy, once, or twice, and u r done doing rear delt, more is counterproductive

      side delt is overhead, but not ohp, one db, quarter elbow extensions with internal shoulder rotation - u gotta bend spine away from db and look away to avoid straining ur neck

      front delt? it's already done, i do it with chest in compression static hold

      there is no exercise/movement that does all 3 or even 2 at the same time heads of delt

      and dips do frickall for anything lol 😀 they just frick u up, frick ur shoulders, frick ur sternal part of pec, lol

    The memes about zoomers not knowing frick all about the tech they use literally every day are real huh.

    You can set a timer on nearly every default camera app and it's plenty of time to take a picture of your dip. Most of them can take a shitton of shots at once.

    i love dipping, never skip them. up to 3x14 at 250 bodyweight (still fat but working on it) my arms are looking nicer
