One idea is that because of the way they burn, they inhibit reverse electron transport which is a say for cells to tell the rest of the body: "I'm full, I don't need anymore". That way you stay hungrier than you would with saturated fat.

      >saturated fats make you lose weight because muh satiety

So this is just the 9th reincarnation of Atkins bullshit. They make you feel full because they’re calorie dense. The way to lose weight isn’t to eat a bunch of calorie dense food so you never feel hungry.

High-fat low-carb is the correct way to lose weight. Saturated vs unsaturated is less important.

        >didn't refute any of the mechanisms
        >thinks disregulated satiety is not a problem
did the USA become 75+% overweight+obese because everyone just decided to keep eating even though they're full?

American junk food is loaded with saturated fat because it’s addictive and yes makes people eat more than they need to. You the type of bro to eat a quarter pounder with cheese and say “damn the bun on this is making me fat.”

Seed oils are bad because of phytosterols. Nobody wants to hear it because that also means olive oil is bad.

    >pro atherogenic effects (humans)
    >makes RBC more rigid (shortened rat lifespan)
    >effected hormonal and reproductive system (animals)
    >impaired absorption vit A+E (probably D+K also)

There was a paper comparing the health of mice fed on sneed diets compared to non-sneed. The researcher intended to let the mice live on their respective diets for 8 weeks before comparing them. The study could not be completed because non of the sneed-mice survived 8 weeks.

      Because people can't cook.
Some of the sneed oils turn toxic if you cook them too long and at too high a temperature.
Naturally fast food fuckers don't give a fuck if they are poisoning their customers but they don't all use sneed oils i don't think.

Funded by who? Researchers hired by who? Researchers went on to work on what with who?

There is an idea of a kenneth sean carson; some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me: only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel plastic gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable... I simply am not there.

    >produced with hexane to extract more oils and protect from oxidation
    >oxidated sneed oils increase inflammation via COX2 pathways
    >Western diets high in sneed oils always have high rates of auto-immune and inflammatory diseases.
    You do the math.
