And the widest side of my shoulders went through something similar when I started excercising. So idk tf is that but once you "un-block" your shoulders it feels something similar to this position
so yeah I imagine that it, at the very least, maximizes your existing frame by repositioning it into a more wide position.
All that's left is some overhead pressing/pike push ups/incline bench AND lat raises
