Right now I'm about 26 BMI. Is bad to try to do pull ups or should I loss some weight to prevent potential injuries? I can only do fricking 3 good pull ups.
As long as you don’t go overboard, you should be fine. Try to increase the number of pull-ups you can do over time until you can get 10. Losing weight will help with this.

This is why I lift relatively light in a slow and controlled fashion for high reps. That time under tension is going to produce the most muscle.

took this moron 5+ years to get upper body mogged by me who does calisthenics + lifts in 13 months
I do weighted pull ups and dips
I really hope this is real and he did this exactly as he described without any drugs. I can already squat, deadlift and OHP more than him, but he has a stronger bench press and weighted pull up than me. He mogs me and he has an easier routine than me.
If this is real then I would cut the bullshit and reduce my routine to just pull ups, dips and running.
