        Kek yeah I tried with the headphones but I can't sleep on my back for some weird reason. I have this noise maker which helps but it's so fricking loud and still doesn't mask many sounds.

        Those don't work for me for some weird reason plus they hurt in my ear when sleeping on my side.

          i need to use these more often so i get used to them being in. i used to think being such a light sleeper was great, if some serial killer broke in id hear them and then at least get murdered and not be surprised. now im sort of worried that if like a fire breaks out or tornado siren goes off i want to be able to hear it but im just lying to myself, i half way wish i would die every fricking day at least once. like one stray bullet from half a mile away cant just bonk me in the head and end all this shit?

          i wear noise cancelling wireless headphones when i want to watch a movie or anime or whatever and dont want to be bothered with moronation. also whenever theres a holiday and 90% of the morons in my vicinity decide to shoot their guns off all night and day and light fireworks etc i put ear plugs in and noise cancelling headphones. then i literally cannot hear shit outside of them, its based but i dont sleep on my back so i have to take those off when i sleep sadly. might look into some gel form fitting ear buds or something? or sleepable headphones

          The earplugs usually help me get to sleep which is the hard part then I might wake up in the middle of the night, take them out because they feel weird, and fall back asleep.

    No it's not, having a poor diet and a not lifting are, people only say it's important because online training guides an personal trainers find it easier to just say "are you sleeping enough?" instead of calling their clients out for their shit diet and lack of effort when they start stalling.

    I spend all day procrastinating and trying to muster the will to do something I actually enjoy. Then at 10 PM it's like a switch is flipped. I made it through the day. Time to take a shower, put on some music. The feeling of a fresh new set of clothes has me feeling like a new person, and I pop open a beer and get back to that book I was reading. Flip out my yoga mat and do some exercises with a podcast on the stereo. Why not go for a walk and get those 10k steps in? It's only 1 in the morning. Wake up at 10 after 6 hours of restless sleep. Rinse and repeat.

    My gay room mate snores, it legit sounds like he's sawing logs all night. He put in a bullshit attempt at fixing it, I started wearing earbuds, headphones to bed. I slept in another room further away from him for a while, bought like a fold-out couch for that area too, and could still hear him.
    I just ordered one of those headband headphones that wraps around your head cuz the other earphones would hurt my ear after a while. I basically put on a 12hr brown noise video on my computer/phone and it helps me not hear their disgusting choking/snoring.
    There's some days I used to wait till this gay woke up in the morning and went to work to get my sleep in. This gay also loves waking me up to tell me ''he's going now'' whenever he leaves the house unexpectedly. Cool dude, you just woke me up like 3-4hrs in my sleep.

    I'm sorry dude I guess you really can't make a horse drink...you want to die an early death from sleep apnea sure, but I'm not gonna let you shave years off my lifespan just because you can't put down the ice cream.
