        I don't clean bulk because I can't be bothered kcal counting and I like food. But I really should because the extra cutting is a pain in the ass.

    you don't need a crazy caloric surplus to gain muscle
    500 cals tops
    and that shouldn't make you that much fatter
    when you progress you build muscle more slowly so you don't need have such a surplus
