    The extra mass is handy for throwing more weight around and the cushion padding around a lot of vital organs is also nice. It's comfy and keeps me warm in the winter. It's a good spare tire allowing for longer periods of potential fasting.

    I can't run as fast, but otherwise I like everything else about my body better at 220 than I did at 180. Have you ever punched something with your gut? It's very satisfying, the unrelenting springyness of it.

    I just got back from the gym.
    I'm struggling with multiple sports injuries that could have been fixed if I got to keep my tax dollars instead of spending it on Hispanics, nigs and garden gnomes/politician shabbos goyim.
    Really feel the effects of diet and exercise nevertheless. I did 100 side situps on each side and literally feel my fat on my sides getting harder.

My buddy was an NFL coach, one of the youngest, and is in amazing shape in his fourties. he did have to get his test checked and get it back in good values, which is typically all you need, a little boost, not a huge change.
