This. I do a simple PPL routine that's 5 exercises for the pp days and 3 for the L day, 6 days a week. Takes no more than 30 min a workout, and I dont do it to the point where Im exhausted afterwords, just to the point where I know I exerted myself and had a good workout. My cardio is just taking a nice walk. 2 days a week I do a quick 10 second full blown sprint on my walk. Thats it.
I'll never reach my peak doing this alone, but I dont care. A body thats better than 95% of people, where I look good, feel healthy, and dont risk any injuries is all I want. Maybe when Im 60 Ill start taking a bit of T though.
