Why did?

I went out and bought a whole bunch of canned sardines, each one from a different brand.

I tried them all and they were honestly not very good.
I don't know if it's because I only got the cans with water only, but the deenz we're very DRY and a chore to chew.

Funnily enough, the more expensive cans tastes the worse, and the cheapest one (sourced from Poland) tasted the best.

I also thought the deenz would be more solid, but they fell apart pretty easily.

Also deenz are kinda expensive.

Mash them up with a little bit of mayonnaise, then grill them on some toast. Bit of cheese on top if you’re feeling fancy.

I’ve only ever had the ones in some kind of oil though, so idk if they taste better than what you’re used to.
