Why didn't the simulation devs just make it so you don't even feel hungry until you hit 12% bodyfat?

Why didn't the simulation devs just make it so you don't even feel hungry until you hit 12% bodyfat?

What kind of cruel joke is it that you can be 45% bodyfat and still feel the need to eat?

      What said
99.999% of people here have never experienced hunger
If you’ve got fat to lose, you won’t die, nor get hungry

Yeah as a fatty who lost 80 lbs I can confirm. I tried fasting and I realized after making it past 24 hours I’m not eating because I’m hungry, I’m eating because my tongue is craving good tasting food. The thing that told me to eat was my tongue, I paid attention to my stomach and it didn’t grumble or anything it was just my tongue salivating at the thought of food. When I broke my fast on day 3. I learned what hunger actually felt like and that feeling at least 3 days in is not as strong of a feeling as that dopamine goyslop food craving

This. I recently started fasting and was surprised at how often I felt the need to eat something just out of habitude, not hunger.

You know how most instances of a simulation are used to show ridiculous shit instead of accurately simulating a realistic and useful scenario; we are just in one of those instances where people are having fun with us at our expense. What made you think you were in the minority of practical sims?

I envy tarantulas. They can fast for months and months,,,,my red-knee has once refused food for 10 months for whatever reason and was still fine. Granted, they can't solve complex puzzles or math equitations....

I always get uneasy when I see them on peoples body. I just feel like they're gonna bite
Plus they usually have an exotic look which makes it even scarier

In the wild nobody is ever fat, everybody is struggling to survive day by day

they had to know what fatties look like to carve the figure

The figures look correct if you look at them from the top down view - put your eye where the head of the figure is and look down its body, and then look down at your own body. They didn't have mirrors back then, obviously.

They are carvings of what healthy childbearing women look like made without being able to see your own body.

            >they would have been able to see each other
If they all already looked like healthy childbearing women they wouldn't have needed a figurine to tell them what body shape was best for surviving pregnancy in the first place.

I draw stuff and being able to just google for any reference image you want is completely fricking revolutionary.

It's not a cruel joke It's punishment. You did this to yourself and now you need to atone if you wish to fix it.

it just seems like at some point the body should say "oh shit let's stop eating we're actually dying"

How would it know. It has literally never happened for 100k years until like 3k years ago. It’s like expecting to be able to survive in outer space when no human had ever been there to evolve in.

I'm like 9% bodyfat skinny 55kg and the fact is you have never experienced real hunger at all. The type of hunger that makes exhausted just living, when you lack strenght to stand up and you feel your body deflated
