    Milk is good for bulking, but its terrible for maintenance or cutting. Think about it dummy, its a liquid designed to turn a small mammal into a huge mammal in a very short period of time.

      I'm on carnivore, and I check my glucose levels regularly, because my dad died from diabetes complications, and my sugar levels are normal. Your claim makes no sense, why would my body be "dying for some glucose" if my blood sugar is rock solid stable between 80 to 110 throughout the day? It never goes above 110 that I can see, but I also never saw it go below 80.

        I’m white. The guy doing the blueprint shit also eats multiple servings of it daily. It is the healthiest food, and incredibly cheap on top of being easy to prepare and store. 100 grams of eggs with 200 grams of lentils a day is all you need to meet all the micronutrient needs for the day. I used to track micronutrients daily for about a year. Lentils will cover what eggs lack and vice versa.

                I take a fresh cut of meat and place it on my cast iron pan, or directly over a flame, I cook it for 5-10 minutes, depending on the size of the cut, and I eat it. I am well acquainted with the process, in fact, I do it every day.

                And I do eat raw meat sometimes, I've never once had a problem after doing so. There's no reason to do it, however, humans have evolved with fire for 1.5 million years, our digestive systems literally evolved to eat cooked meat.

For longevity you shouldn't eat much of it. I still eat it, but only because I'm young enough and active enough to warrant it. Plants are a much better source of energy.
