    You're an inch taller than me but the same weight and I'm dyel right now. I've been 86kg before, lean and the few extra kilos makes a big difference. Gonna aim for 90 this time.
    And you can still have a good run time at that weight too, I was running 5 minute miles at 86.

    Yes.
    I am 6'0 220 athlete and i often think people are jacked from afar, until i come closer and realize thhey are like 2/3rds of my height or size.
    In my cqse its def comes from childhood - i was very thin, while really strong, and mostly enjoyed stamina sports like soccer and ice hockey.
    Later frew up but the feeling that i may be lighter, weaker persisted.
    I come to terms that it is irrational so i simply learned to ignore it and concentrate on other qualities like speech. Imho it was an accidentally good choice because at the end of the day i objectivelly hqve looks, size and communication.
    I have gotten nearly any tail i wanted despite being a bit of a sperg in early years.

    In short - it probably is dysmorphia, OP. A good way to solve it, just keep exercising for own enjoyment but concentrate more on other qualities you want to have.

    100% dysmorphia.
    I am 5'10'' at 210lbs and almost finished with the yearly cut.
    Most men are objectively larger, as in they take up more area, but it's because they are fatter dude. I mean most men have a muscle to fat ratio of like 1 to 5 lbs dude.
    If you're pure muscle you are 1lb of muscle to like 0.15lbs of fat

    I'm 6'3", 198 lbs at 13-14% body fat, about 170 lbs lean mass. I am still dyel tier. If your full body weight is 180, you are definitely dyel too. If you meant 180 lbs lean mass, then maybe not. But I don't expect 10 lbs of lean mass to add a ton of size to a 6'3" frame.

        When I first started I bulked pretty hard, got to around 220ish, gained tons of muscle but along with plenty of fat, so I cut hard for 6 months and got back to 190 eventually, then bulked more clean until I started maintaining at 200 since I feel I look best around that weight
        Not a big regret but it would've saved me some time if I bulked cleaner starting off, but I started as a skelly and just wanted to get bigger and figured the aesthetics would come later, and they did so whatevs
