Compare to yourself before you lifted, it's a competition with yourself

where's the problem? let's say you are 80kg and if u are still 80kg after 3 years of lifting thats huge.

kino is 78kg so if u are 80kg u are actually probably still fat but if u gained muscle thats great

If you had a before pic, it would be easier to tell. If you used to be a 100lb skelly, then you're doing fine (but you could do better). If you already weighed like 140 then you just aren't lifting and/or eating.

You look fine for a year. Just keep at it, dude. Don't forget that it takes more than 5 years to reach your genetic potential. You're still at the start of your journey.

You look alright man. I can deffo tell that you have worked out a lot. Also you have nice lean mass. If you want to get bigger quicker you'd have to eat more but then you'd also look bloated and less in shape.

OP, you are the sculptor of your own body.
This sculpture is one you're building for an entire lifetime, so if you aren't naturally gifted in the art (genetics), it will take time for the sculpture to take form and be worthy of praise.

Just think of your body as a work-in-progress sculpture, or painting. With each time you're going to the gym, or eating right, you're working on that piece of art bit by bit.

I think if you keep that mindset you'll also keep your head up
