He only says he has a girlfriend to his viewers because he knows most men can't slay like he does. While some of my viewers may be close to his level, the majority won't be, and they're better off securing long time girlfriends. It just shows that he has a basic understanding of statistics, he's steering the average man in the best direction.

A lot of people hate him because of how he used to be years ago, where he quite honestly said too much bullshit, especially about dating, women in general and cringe things of that nature.
He's a lot better now and his fitness advice is good, but he's still a bit arrogant and has a slight grandeur complex; when it comes to arrogance and grandeur delusions; he is good at what he does so you can say that he can justify his attitude to some degree, but that kind of personality is always a bit annoying, even if justified.
Also, and this is personal, definitely subjective so it's not so much a critique of him, but more of my reasoning to not watch much of his content; he lives and breathes for the gym. It's the highest of his priorities and the center of his life. I love training and I strive to be as good as I can, but within the context of also having other hobbies and aspirations to which I like to dedicate time and mental energy. So people who live for the gym tend to feel a bit stale and tiring after a while to me. When it comes to fintess, I just consume raw information, I don't care about ramblings or about any influencer's life
