Calories in / calories out is a simplistic viewpoint that doesn't take into how the body releases glucose stores as needed when working properly, so you arent actually changing anything when you start eating less as a fat frick. Angus Barbieri's fast - Longest Fast in History

      >Scotsman Angus Barbieri (1939 – 7 September 1990) fasted for 382 days, from June 14, 1965 to June 30, 1966. He lived mainly on tea, coffee, sparkling water, and vitamins while living at home in Tayport, Scotland, and frequently visiting Maryfield Hospital for medical evaluation. He lost 276 pounds (125 kg) and set a record for the length of a fast. Barbieri's starting weight was recorded at 456 pounds (207 kg) and he stopped fasting when he reached his goal weight of 180 pounds (82 kg). Barbieri was able to maintain a healthy weight; five years after the fast he weighed 196 pounds (89 kg). After his weight loss, he moved to Warwick and had two sons.

Losing weight really IS that simple. Eat less food lose more weight. The problem is that the modern generation is entitled and weak willed and wants to be told that none of their problems are their own fault, which is bullshit. JUST. EAT. LESS. FAT. FRICK.

          >muh junk food
Are you a fat pedo ?

That's the thing is that people get fat and unhealthy and they think food is what helps them feel some level of happiness in their depression, but realistically it's the inflammation and the nightmare you're putting your body through that's making you feel bad. It's the same with smoking. People think they need a cigarette to chill out and feel good, but it's their addiction that's making them feel like shit in the first place. Once you actually get in great shape and you start feeling what that's like when you're giving your body the best shot to feel good, your mind tends to follow that.

        Anonymous

The problem is that people don't even get FAT the same way they used to. That guy was probably metabolically healthy. Modern obeseBlack folk are metabolically UNHEALTHY which is what kills them. Fasting will not completely fix that, you need to actively repair the body from the damage of the toxic foods.

Twinkie diet helps nutrition professor lose 27 pounds

      >For 10 weeks, Mark Haub, a professor of human nutrition at Kansas State University, ate one of these sugary cakelets every three hours, instead of meals. To add variety in his steady stream of Hostess and Little Debbie snacks, Haub munched on Doritos chips, sugary cereals and Oreos, too. His premise: That in weight loss, pure calorie counting is what matters most -- not the nutritional value of the food. The premise held up: On his "convenience store diet," he shed 27 pounds in two months.

      https://www.cnn.com/2010/HEALTH/11/08/twinkie.diet.professor/index.html

Well what do you fricking know? It's all literally just calorie counting and nothing else.

Absolutely true but also protein is required for growing muscles and lets be honest there are a lot of other issues if you actually only ate that stuff.
Also those things don't make you feel "full" which is why they stack on dem calories.

Eating junk food is hard mode though. I can eat an insane amount of junk food and continue to be hungry for more junk food. If I drink about a gallon of ice water throughout the day and eat fruits, vegetables, meat, maybe a little cheese, I get full quick. A lot of days for lunch I'll eat a half a head of lettuce with a little cheese, a little chopped up turkey, some oil and vinegar, I'll eat an orange or two after and just drink water until dinner. If I was doing this twinkie shit, I'd be craving more constantly.

So CICO is definitely legit but the effect of feeling full and how long that lasts changes drastically depending on what I eat.

Not if you spike your metabolism in the morning (assuming 12-8 feeding) idiot. Intermittent fasting isn't any better than eating the same amount. The autophagy doesn't kick in until like 24 hours and then a second type kicks in at 72. Intermittent fasting helps you mentally a billion times over, which is why it actually works. It teaches you discipline, puts you on a schedule, you don't snack, and when you do eat your conscious of what you are consuming. You'll undoubtably start consuming less calories.
A 72 hour water/electrolyte fast will make you lose weight though.

        Congratulations on being wrong.

Intermittent fasting is used to treat people with epilepsy due to the release of ketones. It takes 12 hours of fasting for ketosis to occur. Ketones are produced when the body uses fat as fuel instead of carbohydrates, preventing seizures.

    >Fat people are just lazy
    >fat people are just hungrier
    >fat people have bad genes

You are a total and complete morons.
70% of Americans are fat, the UK and Europe are not that far behind and are steadily catching up.
By definition, the average person with average cravings is fat.

When the definition of a normal person with the definition of normal cravings is fat, then:
    It's not a gym problem,
    It's not a motivation problem,
    It's not a cravings problem,
It's not an inpulse control problem,
    It's a food problem.

If only 20% of people were fat, sure, we could say it's laziness or cravings. But people should not have to go above and beyond and have extra willpower and motivation and dedication just to avoid being fat and unhealthy. The food is fricked, the food is the problem, and anyone who tries to tell you otherwise is either an actual moron or a goyslop-corp shill.

Not eating isn't an option and it doesn't work. You have to eventually eat before you die and when you do you'll gain the weight back if you're not careful.

People who think you can just eat less are already skinny people with different metabolisms.

That said, intensive, dedicated, difficult but not impossible exercise plus complicated to plan, uncomfortably sparse food options with intermittent fasting does work.

            You have to have
            1) Time to workout 60 minutes daily, and deal with the tiredness that comes after
            2) Time to plan and shop for the right kind of meals
            3) Not have additional stress that interferes with discipline while eating less

            You can mitigate these with
            1) Walking and having places to do it for 60 minutes and fit that wherever it fits
            2) Find at least 1-3 things you can buy and eat that are healthy and just deal with the boredom if all else fails and you're starving. Just buy and make those things you can do and stick with it.
            3) If your health allows it a frickton of caffeine is the best you can do here, or nervous shit like flavored sparkling water to sip down constantly.

Too many morons reduce their calories to lose weight, then, once they lose it, go back to eating a lot and gain it all back. A diet isn't a transient event, it is the noun to describe the set of foods you eat. You permanently change your diet if you want permanent changes.

It's a food availability problem. It's incredibly easy to get a surplus of food at any price point anymore. With food abundance and free healthcare, you create a culture that wants to get fat. The 2nd problem though is that most people aren't just waking up fat, they're getting fat over a course of 5-6 years. They're not eating 3,000 calories a day, they're eating around 2,500 for multiple years, and slowly that builds up. They're so used to 2,500 calories though and it doesn't seem like a lot of food, but those extra little pieces of food over time is what causes people to actually become fat.

There's a lot of shitty food to buy. Obviously. But there's plenty of food to buy that is not shitty and fatsos continue to buy that food and eat over their daily caloric maintenance and then blame the food. It's like...Black person, you chose to eat that food, you're suffering from the negative effects that food allows for, and you still refuse to accept responsibility.

        >>It's not a motivation problem,
        >It's not a cravings problem,
        >It's not an inpulse control problem,
        >It's a food problem.

No, you're just a dopamine addict who refuses to make healthy choices when they're clearly available or expend the smallest amount of effort to keep track of how many calories are going into your stupid fricking mouth.

The fast diet is not necessarily starving yourself, it's giving your body a chance to break down food for a longer period of time. When you eat 3 meals a day that's 3 parts of shit moving around in your intestines creating mass. If you have ONE mass your system expels it quicker.

Now doing that on a DIET with proteins and vegetables will cause a calorie deficit.

      Anonymous

What I do is halve my traditional and calorie counted carb intake and replace it with "mediterranean" shit that fills you up but has almost not calories. This has been very effective. It's a "just enough" carb approach and if you look a lot of cultures have this sort of diet where you don't avoid carbs. They're a necessary and frequent staple, they just eat so much else healthy stuff the proportion of carbs is reduced.

Eating only the med diet is basically starvation.

90% of people think intermittent fasting meants just skipping breakfast but most of the benefits come from the 18 hour fasting period. Maybe the weight loss isnt as dramatic but there are benefits to restricting your eating period and having lower insulin resistance. Realistically you have to restrict yourself to only eating from 12-6 (give or take a few hours in either direction). Now long term fasting is when you really start to see benefits and your weight rapidly goes down. The muscle and fat autophagy will be a nice initial burst of weight loss and detox, but the real key is that your appetite shrinks. I can barely finish 2 eggs without wanting to throw up after a 3 day fast. You keep that satiety for a long time too.

This insanity will continue so long as it is "unpopular" to suggest that every thing in this world has a spiritual component. Those who lose weight and stay healthy are the ones who manage to make eating healthy become a part of who they are not just what they do. Same goes for success/poverty or having an enjoyable life/being a miserable wreck.

Almost no one wants to hear this but if you are fat and would like to not be fat the problem lies in you allowing being fat to become part of your identity. If you are a queer but dont want to be a queer... same thing. Its always a conscious decision fortified by years of making that decision become manifest. The correcting of such a problem likewise is a conscious decision and requires being fortified by a period of time diligently making that decision become manifest.

Its not even esoteric, its common friggin sense that has been made to be uncouth to say.

Main problem I have with any article like this is that science is so full of junk; much of it intentionally put out there to muddy the waters on behalf of some legacy industry that deserves to be destroyed by the truth; that it's hard to even know what the facts are, much less debate what conclusions they lead to.

A country that wasn't fake and gay would have a health department doing government funded, unbiased research to actually figure out these questions; short-term exclusion studies and longitudinal studies. It would take a while but we could start getting some real answers to these questions of what the best diets/exercise regimes are and even if your best diet depends on race/blood type/etc etc.

Intermittent fasting doesn't work when you eat 5k calories one day and zero the next. Most people doing this are sedentary as well. Their bodies, not needing to use too much energy to exist, store up more fat for the in between days which then barely gets used at all.

          Add
          >red meat
And there's little you can do to eat healthier.
Without the salt especially, stuff tastes like shit but you can get used to it.

Salt-less hummus tastes like shit but paired with bitter radish the flavor of the hummus comes out more. Overall as a snack the body seems to find it very satisfying without any of the metabolic overhead from processing sugars and salt.

Prepare your own shit to mostly avoid preservatives.
          Don't add salt or sugar.
          That's it.

I'm getting better at it, and I do use rice to keep up with calorie intake.
I need to make my own salt and sugar free breakfast crumpets, unsalted grass fed butter.
Like none of this shit tastes bomb but it's all satisfying especially on a diet when you're more hungry sometimes. Things taste better but you end up with a less overall appetite.

yeah thats how everybody justifies it, and sure black coffee wont kick me out of ketosis ive tested it, but something else happens, it spikes cortisol and other hormones and thus its not good for fasted states imo, ive heard people say no calorie sweeteners in water doesnt break a fast either but i disagree, imo if its not water/salt water or nothing its not a fast.

JUST. EAT. LESS. FAT. FRICK.

drank tea and coffee, and was wildly successful in his fast by any metric.

ive spoken to people who rationalize it by saying the carbs were under 20g so it didnt kick them out of ketosis thus they didnt break the fast, ive also spoken to people who think 12/14/16 is intermittant fasting, i mean lol.

18 is the absolute fricking minimum to even be considered an IF imo and you have god tier genetics if you can even get into a proper fasted ketogenic state after 14-16 hours, most people it takes about 24hours or more, i can sometimes get into ketosis after 18 hours fasting providing i didnt eat high carbs as my last meal and i burned through most of my stored glycogen.

I dont personally notice much benefit dragging out fasts longer than 36 hours because i start to get issues with electrolytes, even when supplementing salts, but ive personally noticed 48 hour fasts are easier if i dont actually supplement salts, i get worse cramps after 36 hours adding salts into my water sometimes which is a little strange and makes those last 12 hours pretty rough.

I really liked OMAD when I used to do that. Once I had a month of that under my belt, It made dipping into longer fasts much easier. 72 was the most I could pull off, but I can't drink that snake juice shit lol.

Ive thought about doing a 36 hour water fast into hard 20/80 ketogenic for a week and seeing what happens, bet id drop 5lb in a week easy and it would all be fat, i work a rough physically demanding job and also cycle 24 miles a day to/from work so i tend to keep my carbs up and it would be rough without having an adjustment period where i could ease into it without yoloing like a moron.

cole the snake juice guy did 20/80 for like a month once after bulking like mad to test that shit only eating like 100-150g of protein a day and only lost like 0.5lb of muscle over the month, but something insane like 24lbs of fat and he was shredded as frick because he massively decreased his body fat percentage.

IF's / OMAD and proper ketogenic cycles are god tier if you know how to do them properly, cole figured all this shit out perfectly, he is right all these ketogenic influencers eating fricking 2lb steaks are just turning all that protein into sugar, they are not ketogenic at all.

ratio of protein to fat to stay in ketosis with trace carbs, basically no more than 20% of your calories should be protein, so if you eat 2000 calories a day, only 400 calories can be from carbs, which is only 100g of protein, that doesnt sound like enough, but for some reason you dont lose muscle mass like you think you would.

its not really sustainable long term but for a rapid body fat reduction strategy to cut its the best ive found, body fat percentage literally melts off doing it, its insane.

I'm not that anon, I was just curious how tall you were at 170. 5'10 170 is pretty standard. What are you, like skinny fat, gotta little belly on you? Just work out 2-3 times a week and run a mile a few times a month. Do the diet he recommended, whatever. Go to a calorie calculator and fund out what you need to eat to maintain 170 at your height while being a bit active.

imo he should bulk, eat high protein like 200g a day and train for hypertropy for 6 months, heavy squats etc, gain 20lbs, then he should cut doing 20/80 strict keto for about a month and he will have dropped like 20lbs of bodyfat and kept all the muscle he gained.

but he could cut now, drop like 10lbs of fat, then do ^

honestly people who put on fat quick tend to gain muscle quick too, putting it on the stomach first isnt a big deal, all the big strong men are like that too you actually sound like you have good genetics, you just need to know how to cut fat without losing muscle, most people dont, that 20/80 strict keto works like a superpower, if you are under 50 and you get your metabolic rate up, eat high protein and train for hypertrophy, big heavy lifting, you will get results once you know how to cut.

yes sorry that was a typo, the problem is its really hard as most meat is pretty lean in the sense the ratios are not right, you will find you will have to eat like bacon, egg yolks, olives, spam and other really high fat high salt foods because your body will dump water like a motherfricker from the fat cells as they are reduced in size and the fat concentration in the cells goes up as the water conc is reduced, as this happens you will dump sodium (intracellular) in the water from your kidneys and take potassium with it, so you need to essentially keep your salts sky fricking high, like numbers tradtional mainstream people will say will give you a heart attack, otherwise you will get cramps, palpitations and kidney stones.

if you do it properly though you can cut a shit load of body fat percentage really quickly, like the higher your bodyfat percentage the faster you can drop weight essentially, because your body will flush water out from the fat cells, because fat cells on your body are actually not 100% fat per concentration, thus 1kg of bodyfat is not technically approx 7700cals, its more like 5000cals because a certain percentage of that 1kg of fat tissue is water mixed in with the fat.

you have to do this properly though because you can make yourself sick if you frick it up, seriously obese people who are like 400lbs can lose like 20lbs in a week doing this shit, where as people who are like 20% bodyfat can lose like 3-4lb a week of bodyfat till they get to about 10-15% and it slows down, its the best way to cut because you dont lose muscle mass like you think you would, you lose some but its minimal.

also it kills your appetite so trying to eat like 2000-2200 calories of 80% calories by fat is hard as frick you wont want to eat, and then you will feel like shit because you only ate 1200 or 1500 calories, you kind of have to force yourself to eat.

                >you have to do this properly though because you can make yourself sick
To elaborate on this point, fat soluble vitamins are stored in body fat. And it is possible to essentially overdose on them (if you burn too much fat too quickly) causing sickness. Fat can also store toxins, which of course when released in volume are taxing to process. The body is in a catabolic state, it is burning, breaking down and recycling. Some byproducts of this process can be harmful in excess. Something to consider.

Yeah if you're super active like that, fasting can be rough. Yoloing into any habitual change for a lot of people is a setup for failure. I've made the yolo thing work a few different times, but I've always had a much better time building a habit over a couple weeks.

My longest fast was 11 days. The first four days were the hardest part, after that I realized how much more time I had on my hands from not cooking/eating, but couldn't do much with it, as any physical straining would make me feel weak.

When I was on the 3rd day, literally all I could think about was eating. It's 100% a mind over matter thing, and just getting used to sitting in that feeling and accepting it, getting comfortable being uncomfortable would probably make it less difficult over time.

Yeah but due to hunger that is nearly impossible unless combined with exercise, which suppresses hunger when done at low-moderate intensity

Yeah, but drinking a bunch of water and eating high fiber foods that make you feel full for longer suppress appetite as well. Personally, exercising doesn't make me feel less hungry. The hunger thing in general is just an exposure therapy situation. Once I am in OMAD for a month, my mind adjusts to it completely and I'm not feeling hungry.

Yeah, it really is a matter of conquering yourself those first few days.
The first couple times I had this feeling that I would starve to death for sure. Now it's only the first 24 hours I really feel any hunger pangs, then it's just a mild inconvenience of my stomach feeling empty, and after that nothing.

in all fairness i suspect fat people have something going on like insensitivity to hormones like ghrelin, its why they always lose weight when they get stomach staples and shit, they feel full, but with a regular fat ass stomach without the staples or the balloon fitted they are not getting the hormonal signals in enough receptors telling them they are satiated imo.

also if you have terrible diet its actually pretty easy to over eat calories, if you dont eat processed food and just eat proper meat, vegetables and stuff its kind of low key hard as frick to eat like 2500-3000 calories a day, if you eat like deep fried bacon and drink cola all day, then yeah its pretty easy to get 2000 calories in a meal.

20g of chips is like 100 cals, where as 100g of mashed potatoes is 100 cals, its easy to eat 400g of chips in a day, you ever tried to eat 2kg of mashed potato though? kek.

It's addiction/mental illness for most people, they get into a habit of eating and then this eating becomes a highlight of their life and they use it as a coping mechanism like a drug addict would. I think too, most fat people aren't very smart. I had an obese neighbor invite me over, and he told me about how he was trying to lose weight but couldn't figure out why he plateaued. I walked around his kitchen and asked him about things, not only did he seriously underestimate calories, in some cases he was completely unaware they were present. Every morning he would have a cup of hot chocolate, didn't count any of those calories. It even had the tiny marshmallows. He fell for the "eat healthy, small meals 5 times a day" and didn't realize that meant eating like a rabbit. No sweet drinks.

ratio of protein to fat to stay in ketosis with trace carbs, basically no more than 20% of your calories should be protein, so if you eat 2000 calories a day, only 400 calories can be from carbs, which is only 100g of protein, that doesnt sound like enough, but for some reason you dont lose muscle mass like you think you would.

its not really sustainable long term but for a rapid body fat reduction strategy to cut its the best ive found, body fat percentage literally melts off doing it, its insane.

The body recycles as much protein as it can while fasting, which is why (in my opinion) fasting has been associated with heart problems. If you're eating too much protein, your body is working hard on enzymes that can turn protein into fuel. Mix that with OMAD, if there's not enough fat readily available the body will scavenge protein that is still utilized by muscle, and the heart is a great source.

        >in all fairness i suspect fat people have something going on like insensitivity to hormones like ghrelin
Realistically, I think that's likely due to the desire for the dopamine hit from processed goy slop overriding the effects of grehlin that's supposed to suppress appetite. There's also studies to show that just losing weight alone will help grehlin insensitivity. It's the same with reversing diabetes type 2 -- just stop fricking up your hormonal receptors for long enough to let your body regulate.

But the problem is, a lot of people subscribe to an external locus of control where it's everything outside of them that is responsible for the negative things they experience. Vs an internal locus of control where they express personal agency over their own choices and outcomes. Like the guy above

        Then you weren't fat.
"Just do smaller portions, it's that easy".
        Clearly it's not.
A lot of fat people got that way because of how fricked up family life is from the shitty feminist mothers we've had for a long time.
A lot of people grew up without stable meal types or schedules or "oops I forgot today" or "can you make something yourself today" or "oh we're running late let's go to McDonald's I don't have time".

You can't eat smaller portions if there are no regular portions to start with.
People who weren't in this situation don't get it.
A lot of fat people don't have regular meals so they just wait until they get hungry then binge.

        >muh mom did this to me
        >muh childhood habits
It's because they refuse to admit they have control over what they put in their frickin' mouth, regardless of how they feel. My hormones make me want to make some people eat their teeth occasionally, but I tell myself to chill out because that's not an acceptable thing to do, regardless of how I feel.

imo the dumbest fricking thing fat morons can do is to try and run or hit the gym like they are training for a boxing match, calorie restriction is the best way first for at least a month till they start adjusting, they dont even need to stop eating garbage, they just need to get the calories down.they can eat pizza, just less of it.

if they want to eat 3000 calories of pizza a day they can, but they need to get fit enough first to be able to burn 1000 extra calories a day off like a fit person can, huge fat asses tho have a huge advanage, by just being a huge lardass they actually burn like 3000 calories a day just sat doing fricking nothing, they just need to cut down the packets of macaroni cheese on the potato bakes till they can start dropping like 1lb a week in weight.

Intermittent fasting is a short term lazy fix that causes longterm problems. Mainly people who do it are more likely to have heart problems although the study may have not factored in that it was already people who were fat doing it, but im sure they compared it to the general population that was mostly doing it. I did it for quite a long time and concluded 16 hours is too long for me because I was getting dizzy and lightheaded at work. So I concluded 12-14 hours is also fine to do. I also only weigh 160 lbs so I wasn’t dying for weight loss. Exercising and eating a bit less is better.

It literally only takes like 2 months to cement a new habit. 60 days of taking responsibility for what you put in your stupid pie hole to change your entire life and there are still people who will say they are incapable of doing that for some reason. Ironically, it doesn't cost any money to do this, and you'll literally spend LESS money. yep, i dont know how anybody doesnt lose weight doing like 18 hour IF and eating 2000 cals a day, they must be eating candy and drinking soda and refeeding like 500 cals when cycling out of fasting.

as i said though 16 hours isnt IF lol, thats kinda maintaining and not eating in the evening or something, that gives you 8 hours to eat like two 1000-1200 cal meals, or 4x500-600 calorie ones, its a ton of time, easy.

I looked up 16 celebrities that lost from 40-200 pounds. They all did the same.

No calorie counting. High Protein, Unprocessed Diet and Exercise.

    >> JUST EAT LESS YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT

This has been disproven multiple times. A man ate his maintenance calories in sugar and flour and he became a fat frick. He gained around 20-30 pounds.

Then there was a man eatin 4000 calories which is 2000 calories more than his maintenance in Meat and Fat. He would literally drink oil.
He lost about 5 pounds of fat from his belly.

I did this experiment myself I would eat less become tired and fatigued and gain massive amounts of weight.

    >> ITS ALL ABOUT CALORIES EAT LESS YOU FAT FUUCK

Thats not how metabolism and hormones work. This is also the reason why wegovy and ozempic work. They mimic GLP-1 which is a hormone that gets released when people eat a lot of fiber. That lowers insulin.

CICO is the reason why FAT PEOPLE STAY FAT and skinny people stay skinny.

If your hormones work you can just eat less but if they don't work then it doesn't matter if you eat less your body will not allow you to lose any weight. You will become fatigued, tired and grumpy even depressed.

Fat people need to eat in such a way and exercise in such a way that their insulin metabolism works properly again before they can just lower their calories like a normal person.

There are also variances in genes. Some people have more HUNTER genes and some have more GATHERER genes. The HUNTERS get obese in this carb rich environment, meanwhile those with more GATHERER genes stay leaner.

UNLESS WE DON'T ADRESS THE HORMONAL SIDE OF OBESITY, OBESITY WILL NEVER GO AWAY!

I mean if you morons want a real reason why none of these diets actually work, its because fat cells are permanent.

Once you reach a certain threshold of caloric intake, your body will create a fat cell. The fat cell intakes fat whenever its present in your blood stream. Without the fat cell to catch it, you would just shit it out.

Once that fat cell is created, it remains in your body forever. It can shrink and it can expand, but its always there, waiting to absorb any fat shit you put in your body. Fat cell creation peaks at younger ages. This is why proper nutrition is especially important for kids. You ever notice how people who make it to like 25 without getting fat rarely become fat later in life? This is why.

    >dur just stop eating

Yeh that works, but as soon as you start eating again, you will get fat again. Once a fat, always a fat. Sad but true.

This. Usually people make a bunch of drastic changes and then life happens and they can't stick to the exact meal plan or spend an hour in the gym, so they revert to what got them fat in the beginning. If anyone seriously wants to get in shape, start with nothing but water after 6pm and 20 minutes sauna a day. You won't lose much weight, but you will have formed the habit you can build on to do whatever you want. If you can do that for a month, extend the water period, try keto, exercise... But never eat in the evening.

What you’re arguing for is how to regulate the hormonal response in various ways, and that can be helpful. For instance, the insulin response and Grehlin output will change how you feel as far as hunger goes, and that can be helpful. Nobody’s saying that’s a useless endeavor. If you want to lose weight, eating less calories is all it takes. Everything else is window dressing.

I lost over 56lbs over the course of 4 months when I used to live in my college dorms because I used to skip meals to save money and the dining hall food was trash. It's literally the easiest way to lose weight, stop coping fatty

theres probably enough fatties that failed at intermittent fasting to bring down the average, even though a lot of people say it worked for them

Is this Ozempic shit I keep hearing about just "fasting but you pay for it" or is there something more to it? Pharma phasting for dumb goys?

Its a glp-1 antagonist. It increases GLP-1 in the body which lowers insulin, this causes fat cells to release fat in diet resistant fatties.

    Counting calories is meme.
Fasting is the only way to lose fat
Eating low-carb is the only way to keep the weight off long term

If you fast for 18 hours and still eat over your caloric maintenance during your 6 hour window, you’ll still be fat

While this is true, it is very hard to eat above your maintenance on a OMAD/IF system, even if you consume goyslop, and if you're eating healthy food it's effectively impossible. You can eat a 16oz steak and one uncooked cup of rice and that's less than 2000 calories and if you eat that in one meal you'll be full for over a day.

I agree that IF is a very easy way to restrict caloric intake without having to over think it. My main point is just that caloric intake still matters.

Hmmm.. unless you get those calories from carbs, sneed oils and heavily processed foods, it will be extremely hard to overeat so much that you gain weight on a intermittent fasting schedule.
That being said, doing OMAD will not be enough for losing significant amounts of fat.. You gotta fast 30+ hours each time

How the frick did we get conquered by white boys? I could easily beat you to death. Disappointed in my ancestors for losing to such skinny weak homosexuals.

How did you get conquered? It's because you're low IQ.

Once my kids grow up a bit more, I'll open a small gym in my town to help young people get fit and to teach them about national socialism.

90 a month for the nutrafol
It cost me about 300 a month for the ozympic+600 for the doc visit and script
It was worth it though. I just had to go without getting a 4090 this year not that there are any games worth playing on it right now

It works for fatasses and eayers of shitburgers and toxic goyslop.
Every night without night snacks, and without toxin intake is a night their organs can work to catchup on detox and repairs.
Imagine the poor liver of some fat blob USA mutt. Give it 12 hours without food.
It helps to burn fat and degrease a bit.
And it adds up. Instead of being overloaded 24/7 for 30 days and nights its only overloaded like 12 hours for 30 days.
    Get it?

Already cut around 7kgs thanks to intermittent fasting, about 3 more to go I think to have a slim belly.
I eat about half a kilo of meat a day, lots of rice, raw veggies and fruit, and a protein shake.

If you don't stuff your face like a pig you would be in a caloric deficit when intermittent fasting. And even if you do, your body can actually do some repairs when not digesting food instead of doing it only at night when you're sleeping.

Jews don't want you to fast since the health benefits mean less income for them
