It all depends to how your muscles respond to volume and intensity, so you might have to do shit like 5x3 + 10x10 for example.
5x5 is the most barebones entry level shit that'll give every baboon some type of gains.
for example, my rear and side delts respond better to high volume, so 4x10 isn't too far. I normally pyramid up and down and try and hit 8-12 reps depending on the weight, which is usually 6 sets of 8-12 reps. but for OHP i'll do 5x5 and that is a lot more taxing. so you really have to find how your body responds to volume and weight

—T-rex legs (huge quads from squat + no calves)
—overblown traps from OHP/DL
—narrow shoulders because isolations bad
—big gut (aka functional strength)
OHP and DL should be secondary lifts imho not primary lifts.
Flat and Incline bench, Squat, Power clean and hang clean should be the bread and butter exercises for strength training imho. Secondary shit should be lat pull downs, dl, leg extensions, ohp, various curls, anything triceps, shrugs, calf raises, dips, face crushers, flys, bent rows, etc etc.
Are you listing secondaries or is that really the ammount you do in a workout? I do 4 main lifts and 4 accessories and I feel like im doing too much for the latter.
