    they mad because they don't want to hear how unhealthy and shitty their carbs are. If we went back to pre-industrial era processed carbs, keto wouldn't be necessary. But now that everything (in the U.S. at least) is full of terrible chemicals that either cause bad hormonal reactions or induce overeating, it's nearly impossible to find decent carbs that aren't soaked in poison. It's also why eggs (nearly) reign supreme. It's very hard for the food industry to ruin in, because it comes prepackaged and goes untouched. The only thing they can do is force feed the chickens grains, and hide them from sunlight.

          What do you mean 'versus the carb intake' as if carb intake is a negative? Literally nothing wrong with carbs. Obviously potatoes are highly nutritious although missing a few things. You can basically live forever off of just potatoes and one or two animal foods like milk and eggs and get plenty of protein. There are people who live off just meat, sure, but I would argue that is less nutritious than it would be to incorporate fruit or potatoes or milk. Carbs are your body's preferred fuel source and without them you will be running off of stress hormones and cannibalizing your muscle for fuel.

          Carbs are not worth the trouble due to their high calorie count comparatively, you CAN eat them but honestly you are better off without them eating something like a keto diet because you don't need to overwork to offset said calories

    I like and have good results however my lifts suffer and Imeven when I get keto adapted I still don’t have the same energy levels. I have just carbs my pre workout meal and even so I do have some days where I’m eating a keto amount or 50- 100 grams
